【摘要】:肾胺酶是一种黄素蛋白,主要由肾小管近端上皮细胞合成和分泌,另外在心脏、骨骼肌和小肠等也有少量表达。肾胺酶曾被认为是一种能够有效降解儿茶酚胺类的酶蛋白,并在人类疾病中起重要作用。随着研究的深入,肾胺酶的晶体结构、功能、作用机制及其与人类疾病的关系逐渐被认识。该文对肾胺酶的结构、生物特性及与人类相关疾病的关系等进行了综述,旨在为肾胺酶的进一步研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:The renal aminase is a kind of flavin protein, which is synthesized and secreted mainly by the proximal epithelial cells of the renal tubules, as well as a small amount of expression in the heart, skeletal muscle and small intestine. Kidney aminase has been considered as an enzyme protein that can effectively degrade catecholamine and plays an important role in human disease. With the development of research, the crystal structure, function and mechanism of the renal aminase and its relationship with human disease are gradually recognized. This article reviews the structure and biological characteristics of the renal aminase, and its relationship with human related diseases. The aim is to provide a reference for the further study of the renal aminase.
