【摘要】:目的了解无锡市腹泻人群中副溶血性弧菌感染的流行状况及分子特征。方法对无锡市30家哨点医院感染性腹泻患者的粪便标本分别进行副溶血性弧菌的分离鉴定、血清学分型、毒力基因检测以及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)图谱分析。结果在1 238例标本中共分离到31株副溶血性弧菌,阳性率为2.50%;检出时间主要集中在7~9月,以8月份的检出率最高。使用PCR方法分别检测31株副溶血性弧菌的跨膜转录激活蛋白基因(tox R)、耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)和耐热相关溶血素基因(trh),毒力基因tox R+、tdh+、trh+携带率分别为100%、100%和3.23%。PFGE图谱显示,27株O3㑳K6血清型的副溶血性弧菌共有4种PFGE带型,88.89%的副溶血性弧菌为同一种带型。结论无锡市副溶血性弧菌的感染具有季节性和人群分布的差异性,主要由同一种毒力强的O3㑳K6型菌株引起,具有产生暴发流行的可能,需进一步加强监测管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic status and molecular characteristics of vibrio parahaemolyticus infection in diarrhea population in Wuxi. Methods the fecal samples of 30 patients with infectious diarrhea in sentinel hospitals in Wuxi city were isolated from Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Yes. Results 31 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from 1 238 samples, the positive rate was 2.50. The detection time was mainly from 7 to September, with the highest detection rate in August. 31 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus transmembrane transcriptional activator gene (TORX R) were detected by PCR. The carrying rates of heat tolerance direct hemolysin gene (THD) and heat-resistant hemolysin gene (TDH) and virulence gene tox R (TDH) were 100%, respectively. The 100% and 3.23. PFGE profiles showed 27 strains of O3? Vibrio parahaemolyticus serotype K6 has four PFGE bands. Conclusion the infection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Wuxi city has seasonal and population distribution differences, mainly caused by the same virulence of O _ 3? It is possible to cause outbreak of K 6 strain, so surveillance and management should be further strengthened.
