【摘要】：正人类免疫球蛋白G4(Immunoglobulin G4,Ig G4)是Ig Gs的亚型。Ig Gs在初次免疫应答中被较迟分泌,在二次免疫应答中被记忆B细胞大量分泌。Ig Gs依据重链序列、铰链区长度及链间二硫键连接位置和数目的差异,被分为Ig G1、Ig G2、Ig G3和Ig G4[1]。健康个体Ig G4血浆浓度仅为0.08~1.4mg/ml,Ig G4/Ig G比值为0.8%~11.7%。Ig G4因多个特点成为研究的热点。首先在体内,Ig G4能持续地和其他Ig G4进行半分子交换。
