结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验对结核病的诊断价值

【摘要】：目的评价结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验(IGRA)对结核病的诊断价值。方法收集2014年3月21日至2014年7月4日进行IGRA检测的住院患者共510例,查询患者结核感染相关的实验室检查结果和临床资料,并与IGRA的检测结果进行比较和分析。结果确诊结核病例99例,其中91例IGRA结果判定为阳性(IGRA值≥14pg/m L),灵敏度91.92%。非结核病例185例,其中151例IGRA结果判定为阴性(IGRA值14pg/m L),特异性81.62%。结论结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验具有灵敏度高、特异性好、取材方便、检测快速等优点,是一个较好的结核分枝杆菌感染的辅助诊断方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of Mycobacterium tuberculosis-associated interferon-纬 release assay (IGRAs) in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
