心血管疾病介入手术前患者心理状态的研究

【摘要】： 目的:调查心血管疾病患者心血管介入手术前是否伴有负性心理及其影响因素分析。方法:对100例在心内科住院,并拟行心血管介入手术的患者使用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理状况的问卷调查、评分,并记录患者年龄、性别、族别,文化程度、职业类型、手术类型、疾病种类情况,最后根据SCL90症状自评量表的评分标准评估患者心理状态。结果:受试者中有44例被评定为伴有不同程度的负性心理状态者,其中有4例为有严重心理障碍者,11例存在明显负性心理,29例被评定为存在负性心理但程度较轻者;其余56例属正常心理状态者;受试者中7例患者最终明确诊断为心脏神经症。结论:拟行心血管介入手术的心血管疾病患者伴有不同程度的焦虑、抑郁等负性心理,并且这些负性心理与患者的年龄、族别类型有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the negative psychology and its influencing factors in cardiovascular disease patients. Methods: a total of 100 patients who were hospitalized in cardiology and undergoing cardiovascular intervention surgery were assessed with SCL-90 symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), and their age, sex, ethnicity, education level and occupation type were recorded. The types of surgery and the types of diseases were used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients according to the score of the SCL90 symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results: 44 of the subjects were assessed as having different degrees of negative mental state, 4 of them were with severe mental disorders, 11 had obvious negative psychological disorder, 29 were assessed as having negative psychological but mild degree. The other 56 cases were normal mental state and 7 of them were diagnosed as cardiac neurosis. Conclusion: patients with cardiovascular diseases undergoing cardiovascular interventional surgery have different degrees of anxiety, depression and other negative psychology, and these negative psychology is related to the age and ethnic type of patients.
