【摘要】:正Notch信号通道是一分布广泛且高度保守的信号通路,参与干细胞早期分化,对细胞的命运起决定性作用,并在多种人类疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。骨髓间充质干细胞(marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)来源于中胚层,具有多向分化潜能,在特定条件下可分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、心肌细胞、肝细胞、神经元等,是组织工程学中重要的种子细胞。近年来众多研究表明Notch信号通道的活
[Abstract]:The Notch signaling pathway is a widely distributed and highly conserved signal pathway, which is involved in the early differentiation of stem cells, plays a decisive role in the fate of cells and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various human diseases. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) derived from mesoderm have the potential to differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, cardiomyocytes, hepatocytes, neurons and so on. Is an important seed cell in tissue engineering. In recent years, many studies have shown that Notch signaling pathway is active.
