蚤的分类方法研究进展

【摘要】：蚤是重要的医学媒介昆虫,是腺鼠疫和地方性斑疹伤寒等重要传染病的传播媒介。目前,蚤的分类研究仍然是以传统形态学为基础,其中还借助了分子生物学、生物化学、计算机等方法来鉴定蚤。本文对上述分类方法,进行了综述。
[Abstract]:Flea is an important medical vector insect and a transmission vector of important infectious diseases such as plague and endemic typhus. At present, the taxonomic study of fleas is still based on traditional morphology, in which molecular biology, biochemistry, computer and other methods are used to identify fleas. In this paper, the above classification methods are reviewed.
