【摘要】:正胃溃疡是由多种因素引起的一种常见临床消化系统疾病,尽管目前研究对胃溃疡已有较深入的认识,但在病因、发病机制、病理生理、治疗等方面都还有进一步探讨的空间。动物实验是研究疾病和寻找治疗药物的重要手段,因此,建立理想的胃溃疡动物模型,对探索该病的病因、发病机制、病变发展规律及明确治疗方法及研发新药均有积极意义。根据人体胃溃疡的发病机理,动物实验中已设计了多种相应的模型,所用的方法不
[Abstract]:Positive gastric ulcer is a common clinical digestive system disease caused by many factors. Although there is a deep understanding of gastric ulcer at present, there is still room for further discussion in etiology, pathogenesis, pathophysiology, treatment and so on. Animal experiment is an important means to study diseases and find therapeutic drugs. Therefore, the establishment of an ideal animal model of gastric ulcer is of great significance in exploring the etiology, pathogenesis, development of disease, clarifying treatment methods and developing new drugs. According to the pathogenesis of human gastric ulcer, many corresponding models have been designed in animal experiments.

[Abstract]:Positive gastric ulcer is a common clinical digestive system disease caused by many factors. Although there is a deep understanding of gastric ulcer at present, there is still room for further discussion in etiology, pathogenesis, pathophysiology, treatment and so on. Animal experiment is an important means to study diseases and find therapeutic drugs. Therefore, the establishment of an ideal animal model of gastric ulcer is of great significance in exploring the etiology, pathogenesis, development of disease, clarifying treatment methods and developing new drugs. According to the pathogenesis of human gastric ulcer, many corresponding models have been designed in animal experiments.
