重庆市高校医护人员工作倦怠和工作压力的相关研究

【摘要】: 近年来,随着国内改革开放和经济转型的不断深入,人们的工作压力越来越大,工作倦怠随之也常在人们日常工作中出现。医护人员作为工作倦怠的高发人群,工作倦怠对其影响和危害不容忽视。高校医护人员由于其工作环境及服务对象的特殊性,使其成为医护人员中的一个特殊群体,研究他们的工作倦怠和工作压力情况及其相互关系是很有必要的。此研究将为高校医院管理人员加强医院科学管理,建立良性支援机制,达到预防和降低高校医护人员的工作倦怠,提高他们的工作生活质量和医疗效率、减少医疗纠纷、医疗事故的目的提供实证依据。 本研究采用国际通用的马斯勒工作倦怠量表和单维度工作压力量表对重庆市18所高校医院(含卫生科)的医护人员672名进行问卷调查。用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计分析得出如下结论。 1.重庆市高校医护人员工作压力强度不高,工作倦怠程度中等。 2.除不同职称在成就感降低维度差异显著外,医生、护士之间,不同性别、工作年限、职称在工作压力和工作倦怠3个维度上差异均不显著。 3.工作压力与工作倦怠的情感耗竭、去人性化2个维度呈正相关,工作压力可以预测情感耗竭和去人性化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of domestic reform and opening up and economic transformation, people's job pressure is increasing, and job burnout often appears in people's daily work. As the high incidence of job burnout, medical staff can not ignore the influence and harm of job burnout. Because of the particularity of the working environment and the object of service, the medical staff in colleges and universities have become a special group among the medical staff. It is necessary to study their job burnout and job stress and their relationship with each other. This study will strengthen hospital scientific management for university hospital administrators, establish benign support mechanism, prevent and reduce the job burnout of university medical staff, improve their working life quality and medical efficiency, and reduce medical disputes. The purpose of medical malpractice provides evidence basis. In this study, 672 medical and nursing staff in 18 university hospitals in Chongqing were investigated with the international Masler Job Burnout scale and the single Dimension Job stress scale. The statistical analysis using SPSS12.0 statistical software draws the following conclusions. 1. The degree of job burnout of medical staff in Chongqing is not high and the degree of job burnout is moderate. 2. There were no significant differences in three dimensions of job stress and job burnout between doctors and nurses, gender, working years, and job burnout between doctors and nurses except for different job titles. 3. Job stress was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and dehumanization of job burnout. Job stress could predict emotional exhaustion and dehumanization.
