腓总神经及腓管的解剖学研究

【摘要】: 腓管,位于乆窝区的外侧面,腓骨颈与腓骨长肌之间的一个狭窄的间隙。其中走行着腓总神经,但由于管内空间狭小,所以腓总神经容易在管内受到卡压。腓管有个体差异现象,即使是同一个体其左右侧腓管也不一致。关于腓总神经卡压综合症,国内外已有一些研究,但由于腓管周围结构存在差异性及复杂性,所以腓管的解剖学数据仍较为缺乏。本文利用40具防腐成人标本和100例干性腓骨标本,观察乆窝部腓管的结构,对腓总神经的走行、分支以及与周围组织的结构关系等问题做了研究,并且对重要的结构进行量化分析,观测腓骨上端结构,测量腓骨头的矢状径和冠状径,以及腓骨头与腓骨颈之间的夹角,探讨腓骨上端对腓总神经卡压的影响,为临床手术及重要的神经、血管的保护提供解剖学依据。
[Abstract]:Peroneal canal, a narrow space between the fibula neck and the peroneal longus, located on the lateral side of the fossa region. The common peroneal nerve is easily compressed in the tube because of its narrow space. There are individual differences in the peroneal canal, even in the same body. There have been some studies on the common peroneal nerve compression syndrome at home and abroad, but the anatomical data of the peroneal canal are still scarce due to the difference and complexity of the peroneal canal structure. In this paper, 40 antiseptic adult specimens and 100 dry fibula specimens were used to observe the structure of the peroneal canal of the peroneal fossa, and to study the path, branches and structural relationship between the peroneal nerve and the surrounding tissues. The important structures were analyzed quantitatively, the superior fibula structure was observed, the sagittal and coronal diameters of fibula head and the angle between fibula head and fibula neck were measured, and the effect of fibular upper end on the compression of common peroneal nerve was discussed. To provide anatomic basis for clinical operation and important nerve and vascular protection.
