健脾益肺化痰方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠肺功能及血气的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨健脾益肺化痰方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)模型大鼠肺功能及血气的影响。方法 60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、健脾益肺方组、化痰方组、健脾益肺化痰方组和羧甲司坦组,每组10只。除正常组外,其他各组采用单纯香烟烟熏法建立COPD大鼠模型。健脾益肺方组、化痰方组、健脾益肺化痰方组和羧甲司坦组大鼠分别给予相应的药物灌胃治疗,模型组和正常组给予等体积的纯净水。末次给药后,禁食12 h,对各组进行肺功能及动脉血气分析。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠肺功能标准指标FEV_(0.3)/FVC及动脉血酸碱度(p H)、氧分压(Pa O_2)、氧饱和度(Sa O_2)均降低(P0.05),二氧化碳分压(Pa CO_2)升高(P0.05)。与模型对照组比较,健脾益肺方组、化痰方组、健脾益肺化痰方组的肺功能及血气分析检测指标出现不同程度改善(P0.05)。其中,与健脾益肺组(治本组)、化痰组(治标组)比较,健脾益肺化痰方组(标本兼治组)肺功能及血气分析进一步改善。结论健脾益肺化痰系列方可以有效改善COPD大鼠肺功能及动脉血气,其机制可能是通过"化痰"作用,抑制了杯状细胞化生及黏液高分泌,使气道分泌物减少,阻力降低,呼吸及动脉血流通畅。其中,健脾益肺化痰方对COPD大鼠肺功能及动脉血气改善较明显,这可能与其标本兼治"痰"的作用有关。
