中学历史学科“师师合作”探究

【摘要】:学会合作既是一种素质,更是当代人应当具备的一种能力,时代的发展需要人们具备合作的意识。作为社会的一员,历史教师也需要培养自己的合作精神,提高自己与他人合作的能力。当前中学历史教师之间的合作虽在新课程改革的推动下取得了一些成效,但仍存在一定的问题。那该如何解决中学历史教师合作中的实际问题以促进教师之间的合作更好开展?基于这一困惑,本论文进行了相关研究。本论文共分三部分,第一部分在相关概念明确的基础上从历史学科性、高考改革现实性、教师学生相关需求等方面指出中学历史学科“师师合作”的必要性;从传统思想、中学现有条件和信息化社会的大背景剖析历史学科“师师合作”的可能性。接着通过调研了解当前中学历史学科“师师合作”中教研组年级组集体备课、听评课等传统合作形式发挥着一定的作用、学生对历史教师合作存在一定的期待、部分历史教师透露出合作的意愿等现状以及存在的人为合作多于自然合作,自觉性和主动性缺乏、合作范围和形式有限等问题,并就问题的成因从主观如历史教师合作理念和价值观存在差异等以及客观如竞争性社会环境的影响等方面进行一定的分析,为解决问题提供依据。最后根据上述问题和原因就如何促进中学历史学科“师师合作”更好地开展从合作氛围的营造、合作能力的培养、合作评价和激励机制的改善、合作平台的建设、学生期待的满足、合作教研活动的开展等方面提出建议。并根据实际情况就中学历史教师最关心的教学问题对教师合作教研活动进行重点探讨。希望笔者的相关探究能为中学历史学科“师师合作”的更好开展提供一些参考和启发。
[Abstract]:Learning to cooperate is not only a kind of quality, but also a kind of ability that the contemporary people should have. The development of the times requires people to have a sense of cooperation. As a member of the society, history teachers also need to cultivate their own spirit of cooperation and improve their ability to cooperate with others. At present, the cooperation between teachers of middle school history has made some achievements in the promotion of the new curriculum reform, but there are still some problems. So how to solve the practical problems of middle school history teachers cooperation to promote cooperation between teachers? Based on this confusion, this paper has done related research. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part in defining the related concepts on the basis of the reform of college entrance examination from the discipline of history, reality, and points out the related needs of teachers and students of middle school history teachers "cooperation necessity; from the traditional middle school thought, the existing conditions and the information society background analysis of history teachers" the possibility of cooperation. Then through the investigation to understand the current middle school history teachers in the teaching and research group cooperation "grade group collective lesson preparation, class evaluation and other traditional forms of cooperation play a certain role, students of history teachers cooperation has certain expectations, part of the history teachers revealed a willingness to cooperate, the status quo and existing problems of natural human cooperation more than cooperation. The lack of consciousness and initiative, and limited the scope of cooperation, and the causes of the problem from the subjective as history teacher cooperation ideas and values are different and objective such as competitive social and environmental impact analysis, provide the basis for solving the problem. Based on the above problems and reasons on how to promote the middle school history teachers to better carry out the cooperation cooperation atmosphere and cooperation ability, cooperation evaluation and incentive mechanism, improve the cooperation platform construction, meet the students' expectations, cooperative research activities carried out suggestions. And according to the actual situation, the teaching and research activities of teachers' cooperative teaching and research are focused on the most concerned teaching problems of middle school history teachers. I hope that the author's related inquiry can provide some reference and inspiration for the better development of the "teachers and teachers cooperation" in the history of middle school.
