【摘要】：教师在学生的学习,教育质量的提高,国家和民族的进步中有着的重要影响,所以教师评价在整个教育评价中占据着重要地位。美国自古以来经历了多次教育改革的浪潮。奥巴马政府“力争上游”计划颁布后,新的教育改革又拉开了帷幕,其中,教师评价成为这次教育改革的主要内容之一。佐治亚州积极响应了改革的呼声,顺应了改革的潮流,提出了新的基础教育教师评价体系——Teacher Keys Effectiveness System,简称TKES。该评价体系反映了美国教师评价的最新要求和评价理念。本文以佐治亚州基础教育的TKES教师评价体系为研究对象,对其内容进行了整理分析,以期为我国的教师评价发展提供一个具体的参照实例。本文共包含五部分内容。其中绪论部分概述了本研究的选题缘由、研究意义、核心概念、文献综述和研究方法。第二部分梳理了美国教师评价的发展历程和发展趋势。第三部分介绍了佐治亚州教师评价的发展概况,包括它的整体教育状况、教师评价历史、最新评价体系及其提出的理论基础。第四部分是本文的主体部分,该部分详细分析了佐治亚州基础教育TKES教师评价体系的内容,包括评价标准和指标、评价方法、评价结果与应用、评价的实施四个方面。最后一部分总结的TKES教师评价体系的特点,结合我国教师评价中存在的问题,探讨了TKES教师评价体系对我国的启示。
[Abstract]:Teachers play an important role in the study of students, the improvement of educational quality and the progress of the country and nation. Therefore, teacher evaluation plays an important role in the whole education evaluation. The United States has experienced many waves of education reform since ancient times. The new education reform has begun again, among which, the teacher evaluation has become one of the main contents of the education reform. Georgia has responded positively to the call of the reform and complied with the trend of the reform. A new basic education teacher evaluation system-teacher Keys Effectiveness System is put forward. TKES. the evaluation system reflects the latest requirements and evaluation concept of American teacher evaluation. This paper takes the TKES teacher evaluation system of Georgia basic education as the research object. In order to provide a concrete reference for the development of teacher evaluation in China, this paper contains five parts. The introduction part summarizes the reason of this study and the significance of the study. Core concepts, literature review and research methods. The second part reviews the development of teacher evaluation in the United States and the development trend. The third part introduces the development of Georgia teacher evaluation. Including its overall education situation, teacher evaluation history, the latest evaluation system and its proposed theoretical basis. 4th is the main part of this article. This part analyzes the content of TKES teacher evaluation system in Georgia, including evaluation criteria and indicators, evaluation methods, evaluation results and applications. The last part summarizes the characteristics of the TKES teacher evaluation system and discusses the enlightenment of the TKES teacher evaluation system to our country.
