【摘要】：全国青少年校园足球活动正式启动至今已经一年多的时间了,对校园足球活动开展过程中出现的新情况、新方法进行总结与评价,将有利于科学的制定青少年足球运动开展规划和实施方案,更好的推进校园足球活动在全国范围内的推广实施。论文主要采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,在对颍上县初级中学校园足球运动开展现状进行调查的基础上,归纳总结目前颍上县初级中学校园足球运动开展存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。研究的目的在于为颍上县教育主管部门和学校推广普及和有效实施本地区、本学校校园足球运动的开展提供具体的方法与策略,同时也为促进颍上县青少年学生体质健康水平的提高与培养我国足球竞技后备人才等提高有价值的参考。研究结论如下:(1)颍上县各初级中学基本符合全国校园足球活动开展的相关要求,开展足球活动的试点学校也达到6所,其他非试点学校也有着较高的积极性,并都在积极的筹备与建设中。(2)颍上县中学生大多数对校园足球运动有着较高的关注度,也非常乐意积极参与到“校园足球”的相关活动之中,因此,在颍上县大力推进“校园足球”专项运动有着极大的发展空间。(3)当前条件下,颍上县各初级中学的校园足球设施尚不能充分满足“校园足球”专项运动的真实需求,试点学校与非试点学校在专业场地、足球数量配备等方面更是有着非常显著的差异,这些都将成为严重制约颍上县“校园足球”运动顺利开展的重要阻碍因素。(4)颍上县各初级中学在“校园足球”活动的推进过程中并没有广泛地进行足球专业课程的设置,致使与全国“校园足球”运动所要求的目标“不少于50%的学生参与足球活动,每周足球活动不少于两小时”之间存在着巨大的落差,这势必影响了我们颍上县初级中学学生关于足球专业知识与技能提升的良性发展趋势。(5)颍上县体育主管部门尚未建立起具备专门职能的“校园足球”办公室,致使“校园足球”该项运动在推广过程中缺乏充足的政策、财力支撑。最后,提出了相应的对策,具体为:(1)学校领导端正态度、转变认知;(2)加强足球教师的培训力度,提高教研水平;(3)重视学生文化课学习与足球训练的协调性发展;(4)积极寻求社会资源的支持,完善学校足球场地设施条件。
[Abstract]:It has been more than a year since the launch of the National Youth Campus Football activities. This paper summarizes and evaluates the new situation and new methods in the development of campus football activities. Will be conducive to the scientific development of youth football development planning and implementation program, better promote the campus football activities in the national scope of promotion and implementation. The main use of literature, interviews, questionnaires. On the basis of the investigation of the present situation of campus football in Yingshang Junior Middle School, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of campus football in Yingshang Junior Middle School. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The purpose of the study is to provide specific methods and strategies for the Yingshang education department and schools to popularize and effectively implement the school campus football. At the same time, it is also a valuable reference for promoting the improvement of the physical health level of the young students in Yingshang County and training the reserve talents of our country's football competition. The research conclusion is as follows: 1). Yingshang County each junior middle school basically conforms to the national campus soccer activities to carry out the related requirements. There are 6 pilot schools to carry out football activities, and other non-pilot schools also have a high level of enthusiasm. And in the active preparation and construction of the Yingshang County, most of the middle school students have a high degree of attention to campus football, but also very willing to actively participate in the "campus football" related activities, so. In Yingshang County vigorously promote "campus football" special sports has a great space for development.) under the current conditions. Yingshang County junior high school campus football facilities can not fully meet the "campus football" special sports real needs, pilot schools and non-pilot schools in the professional field. There is a very significant difference in the number of football equipment and so on. All these will become an important hindrance to the smooth development of "campus football" in Yingshang County.). The junior middle schools in Yingshang County did not carry out the setting of football professional courses extensively in the course of promoting the activities of "campus football". Therefore, there is a huge gap between the goal "no less than 50% students participate in football activities and no less than two hours of football activities per week" as required by the national "campus football" movement. This is bound to affect our Yingshang junior high school students about football professional knowledge and skills of the benign development trend. Yingshang County sports department has not yet established a special function of the "campus football" office. As a result, "campus football" in the promotion process of the lack of adequate policy, financial support. Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, specifically: 1) School leaders correct attitude, change cognition; (2) strengthen the training of football teachers and improve the level of teaching and research; 3) attach importance to the harmonious development of students' cultural study and football training; 4) actively seeking the support of social resources and perfecting the facilities of the school football field.
