【摘要】:众所周知,阅读教学在英语教学中起着重要作用,阅读能力的培养也是初中阶段英语教学主要目标之一,学生的英语阅读能力也成为了衡量英语水平的重要指标。因此,构建以学生为主体的有效的英语阅读课堂教学活动体系己经成为英语阅读教学的效手段。本研究以烟台十中和烟台外国语实验学校初中二年级的200名学生和40名教师为研究对象,对英语阅读课堂活动设计及其实施现状以及存在的主要问题进行了调查研究。所采用的研究工具包括调查问卷、访谈和课堂观察。主要研究问题有以下三个:(1)在英语阅读课中教师设计并应用哪些课堂活动?(2)阅读课课堂活动实施情况如何,对学生产生了哪些作用?(3)在初中英语阅读课课堂活动中存在哪些问题?研究发现:(1)在英语阅读课中,大多数教师更倾向于多种形式的活动交叉进行,小组活动和两人搭档活动所占比重较大,也更容易活跃课堂气氛并激发学生阅读学习的兴趣。(2)在课堂活动实施过程中,大多数教师在课堂活动中扮演协助者的角色,还有一部分教师扮演了参与者与主持人的角色,个别老师认为他们是课堂活动的旁观者。绝大多数的教师会在课堂活动的各个环节渗透对学生阅读方法的教授。课堂活动实施后,很大部分教师会对学生的表现给给予及时评价,也有少数教师在这方面做的不够好。大部分的学生认为精心组织的课堂活动能够使他们对英语学习更加感兴趣,帮助他们更好地理解文章内容,并且对英语学习更加有信心。但也有小部分学生对课堂活动的作用持消极态度甚至完全否定。在阅读课中出现了一些问题,比如教师的活动设计不够合理、不能贴近学生生活、活动方式单一、学生参与率低等问题。针对这些问题笔者提出了相应的教学建议:(1)英语阅读课课堂活动的设计要激发学生的兴趣,课堂活动的内容要与生活息息相关。(2)英语阅读课课堂活动实施过程中,要以学生为主,让学生参与进来,教师只是提供一定的阅读方法和指导。(3)英语阅读课课堂活动实施后,教师要对学生的课堂表现要予以及时评价与反馈,并且要进行自我反思。
[Abstract]:As we all know, reading teaching plays an important role in English teaching, and the cultivation of reading ability is one of the main goals of English teaching in junior middle school. Students' English reading ability has also become an important indicator of English proficiency. The construction of an effective English reading classroom teaching system with students as the main body has become an effective means of English reading teaching. The present study is based on 200 students in the second year of junior middle school in Yantai Shizhong Middle School and Yantai Foreign language Experimental School. Forty teachers were studied. This paper investigates the design and implementation of English reading classroom activities, as well as the existing problems. The research tools used include questionnaires. Interview and classroom observation. The main research questions are as follows: what classroom activities are designed and applied by teachers in English reading class? 2) how about the implementation of reading class activities, and what effects have they had on the students? What are the problems in English reading class activities in junior middle school? The study found that in English reading classes, most teachers tend to intersect activities in a variety of forms, and group activities and pair activities account for a large proportion. It is also easier to activate the classroom atmosphere and stimulate students' interest in reading. 2) in the implementation of classroom activities, most teachers play the role of facilitators in classroom activities. Some teachers act as participants and hosts. Individual teachers think they are the bystanders of classroom activities. Most teachers will infiltrate the teaching of students' reading methods in all aspects of classroom activities. After the implementation of classroom activities. Most teachers will give a timely assessment of the students' performance, and a few teachers will not do well in this respect. Most of the students think that carefully organized classroom activities can make them more interested in English learning. Help them understand the content better and have more confidence in English learning. However, a small number of students have a negative attitude or even negate the role of classroom activities. There are some problems in reading class. For example, the teacher's activity design is not reasonable enough, can not be close to the student's life, the activity way is single. In view of these problems, the author puts forward the corresponding teaching suggestion: 1) the design of classroom activities of English reading class should arouse the students' interest. The content of classroom activities should be closely related to life. Teachers only provide certain reading methods and guidance. 3) after the implementation of English reading class activities, teachers should give timely evaluation and feedback to students' classroom performance and conduct self-reflection.
