宜春市民办中学体操教学现状与对策研究

【摘要】：体操这个体育项目是体育运动的主要项目之一,它同时也是我国体育教育中最重要组成部分之一。体操在我国中学体育教学中占有较大课量安排,是因为体操类的课程对我国孩子们的身心发展有重要的锻炼价值。然而受场地、器械、师资水平、学生基础等各方面条件的影响,我国中学体操课程的开展受到很大的制约,因此也往往能更加直观反映出中学体育教学的开展情况和体育教学的质量,以此成为衡量我国中学体育教学现状的重要标尺之一。最近一段时间以来,我国的民办学校如雨后春笋般拔地而起,各地民办基础教育也取得了一定的发展基础,现如今,民办中学学生素质、学生体质问题得到关注与重视,体操课程的教学现状、民办中学体育教师素养和学生的兴趣爱好、锻炼水平等相关问题也迫在眉睫,急需进行研究,以便查找问题、发现问题、解决问题,以此来促进民办中学的体育教育的改革,完善民办中学体育教育理论。为此,本人以在民办中学从教多年的基础上,选择《宜春市民办中学体操教学现状与对策研究》作为研究课题,以宜春市现有的93所初中、34所高中里部分学校的体育教师和学生为调查对象,以宜春市民办中学的体操教学现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法进行了研究,得出以下结论：1、宜春市民办中学体操场地、器械等设施达标率低,而且有些学校与标准存在较大差距,一般情况下市区、县城学校要好于乡镇中学。但整体的体操教学条件差,大程度的影响了体操教学的开展。2、体育教师学历合格率较高,总人数比较充足,但女教师人数比例较低,体育教师缺少进修培训机会,体操专项教学水平有待提高。3、宜春市民办中学体育教师工资待遇较低,任务繁重,工作压力大,致使工作积极性不高。4、师生对体操的锻炼效果评价较高,但由于各方面的因素使得体操课程的开展最终并不理想。5、学生普遍体质较差,以前没有任何体操基础,对体操的锻炼价值认识不足。6、体操教学形式的单一化致使学生对体操兴趣不高,让学生对体育的兴趣转向于其他项目。7、宜春市各民办中学对体操课程教师教学内容的考核和评定制度不完善,甚至有部分学校直接放弃考核和评价,严重影响了体操教学在学校的良性发展。8、学校领导重智轻体,现如今的教育体制对体操教学不够重视或存有偏见,有些学校高层管理人员害怕在体操的教学过程中出现伤害事故,因此而使学校承担责任,认为体操教学有较大的危险性,所以放弃了体操教学。本文通过对存在问题的进行分析,提出了一些建议,宜春市要真正办好民办学校的体操教学,离不开宜春各级领导的重视与支持,从支持办学到资金的投入,从校址的选用到数据器械的采购,从教师的招聘到招生的优待,各方面都要求领导的重视。加强对现在体育教师的体操专业培训,引进专业的体操人才,从各个方面激发体育教师对体操课程的积极性,提高体育教师的整体收入,最大程度上激发体育教师的热情。合理分配体育教师,从年龄和性别上的最科学的方式分配,以适应学校对体育教学的需求。
[Abstract]:The sport of gymnastics is one of the major sports, it is also China's physical education in one of the most important parts of gymnastics classes. Larger in the middle school sports teaching in China because of the arrangement of China's gymnastics class curriculum for children's physical and mental development has important value of training. However, the venue, instruments, the levels of teachers, students and other aspects of basic influence conditions of the Middle Schools Gymnastics Curriculum in China has been greatly restricted, so often can more directly reflect the middle school sports teaching quality and teaching, in order to become one of the important measure of the current situation of middle school physical education in China recently. Since our private schools such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like after another, around the private basic education has a certain basis for the development, nowadays, private secondary school students quality, student body Quality problems have been paid more and more attention. The teaching situation of gymnastics curriculum, private high school sports teachers' literacy and the interests of the students, the level of exercise related problems is imminent, urgent need for research, in order to find the problem, identify problems, solve problems, in order to promote the reform of physical education in private middle school, improve the private middle school physical education theory. For this reason, I in private schools from elementary education for many years, "Yichun city private school choice gymnastics teaching present situation and countermeasure research" as the research topic, in Yichun City, the existing 93 junior high school, 34 high school part of the school physical education teachers and students as the research object, the gymnastics teaching situation of private schools in Yichun as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods of research, draw the following conclusions: 1, Yichun city private high school gymnastics venue, equipment Facilities such as low success rate, but there is a big gap between the school and some standard, general city, county school is better than in the township middle school. In this paper, through the analysis of the existing problems, put forward some suggestions of gymnastics teaching Yichun city to really run private schools, cannot do without the attention and support from leaders at all levels in Yichun, to support the school funding, from site selection to data Equipment procurement from teacher recruitment to enrollment preferential treatment, all require the attention of leadership. To strengthen the sports gymnastics teachers now professional training, the introduction of Professional Gymnastics talents, stimulate the enthusiasm of PE teachers in gymnastics courses from various aspects, to improve the overall income of physical education teachers, physical education teachers to stimulate the maximum extent enthusiasm. Reasonable distribution of physical education teachers, age and gender distribution from the most scientific way, in order to adapt to the demand of the school sports teaching.
