农村寄宿制初中学生管理问题的个案研究

【摘要】：农村基础教育是中国基础教育发展的重点和难点,全面提高农村教育质量,不仅是新时期国家和社会发展对教育的新要求,更是广大人民群众对教育寄予的新希望。随着农村寄宿制学校的兴建,如何完善农村寄宿制初中学生的管理,如何让农村寄宿制学校更好地适应社会的发展,就显得迫为需要。本研究以本人所在的肥乡县M中学为研究对象,利用调查问卷、统计分析等方法,调查了农村寄宿制初中学生的管理状况,一一分析农村寄宿制初中学生管理所存在的问题,剖析了农村寄宿制初中学生管理问题所产生的原因,并一一提出了实际有针对性的措施。本研究共分为以下四部分:第一部分绪论。由自己的切身感受提出为什么要研究“农村寄宿制初中学生管理”、文献综述、以及有关概念的界定、研究的方法和思路等。第二部分叙述了农村寄宿制学校学生管理的理论基础。通过“学生管理与农村寄宿制学校学生管理的基本含义”和“学生管理对于农村寄宿制学校发展的重要意义”的一一阐释,为农村寄宿制初中学生管理问题的研究提供相应的理论基础。第三部分以本人所在的农村寄宿制初中M中学为个案的调查研究。本人已在M中学工作了十几年,亲眼目睹了M中学寄宿制的发展。本研究包括学生的基本情况、学生管理所存在的问题及原因分析。先从农村寄宿制初中学生的安全卫生管理、饮食管理、宿舍管理、教育教学管理、心理健康管理和家校联盟管理六个方面进行调查,然后根据结果,剖析所产生问题的原因。第四部分提出农村寄宿制学校学生管理问题的对策与建议,主要包括把“安全第一”的思想落实到实处,加强饮食管理和监管的力度,全方位、多途径加强初中生的宿舍管理,转变教学思想,促使学生的全面发展,进一步提升学生的心理健康教育水平和加强家校联盟的建设等。
[Abstract]:Rural basic education is the key to develop Chinese of basic education, and comprehensively improve the quality of rural education, is not only a new era of national and social development of the new requirements of education, is the new hope that the broad masses of people places on the education. With the rural boarding school construction, how to improve the rural boarding junior high school students' management, how to let the rural boarding schools to better adapt to social development, it is urgent needed. In this study, I is located in Feixiang County M middle school as the research object, using the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other methods, the rural boarding junior high school student management situation, analyzes existing rural boarding junior high school student management analysis of the causes of the problem of rural boarding junior high school student management problems, and put forward practical targeted measures. This research is divided into the following four parts: the first part Exordium. By their own personal feelings of "why to study rural boarding junior high school student management, literature review, and the definition of relevant concepts, research methods and ideas. The second part describes the theoretical basis of student management in rural boarding schools. Through learning the basic meaning of" health management and rural boarding schools student management and student management is important for the development of "rural boarding schools of interpretation, provide the theoretical basis for the study of rural boarding junior high school student management problems. In my research in the rural boarding junior middle school as a case of the M third parts. I have been working in the M middle school ten years, witnessed the development of M boarding school. This study includes the basic situation of the students, analyzed the problems and the reasons of students' management. From the first rural boarding junior middle school Safety and health management, student dormitory management, catering management, education management, six aspects of mental health management and home school alliance management survey, then according to the results, analysis of the causes of the problems. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the students ask questions management of boarding schools in rural areas, including the "safety first" the idea of implement, strengthen diet management and supervision, the full range, strengthen the dormitory management of junior high school students, changing teaching ideas, promote the all-round development of students, improve students' psychological health education and strengthen the construction of the home school alliance.
