【摘要】:中国进入21世纪以来,各行各业都面临着进行改革的挑战。我国的教育为了紧跟时代的步伐,走在发展的前列,培养全面发展的高素质人才,教育改革运动也在全国范围内展开。然而近几年来,在新课标背景下,我国学校的体育教学现状并没有得到改善,体育课程得不到重视,而另一方面,我国正处于社会转型期的关键时期,面对着互联网的高速发展和经济政治的全球化造成的“文化殖民”,青少年的思想观念开始遭受不同文化的侵袭,品格教育中出现道德滑坡现象,对青少年进行品格教育成为所有教育工作者的主要任务。体育教育改革作为教育改革的重要部分,体育教师也应在进行体育教学活动的同时对学生进行品格教育。本篇文章将通过运用文献资料法、个案分析法、比较法等研究方法,研究众多文献资料,探析品格教育的内涵和发展历程,从品格教育在不同历史时期的不同形态探究品格教育发展的必要性;以密歇根州立大学成功在体育教学中渗透品格教育的实践为例,从社会环境、学校文化、体育文化和品格教育实施情况等方面分析该学校中品格教育成功渗透进体育教学并取得重大成就的因素;然后通过比较我国与美国在政治、经济、文化等方面的不同,根据我国体育教学中实施品格教育的现状,在教学目标、教学计划、教学标准、教学评价等方面分析、改进我国体育教学中品格教育实施的策略;最后,通过研究品格教育的发展历程、分析体育教学与其他教学目标(学生身体素质、心理健康、个性、创新思维等)的关系总结我国在体育教学中实施品格教育的重要意义:首先,借鉴品格教育发展的经验可以减少我国在体育教学中发展品格教育的探索过程中无谓的尝试;其次,借鉴品格教育发展的实施经验对于我国建构品格教育的环境具有积极意义;再次,借鉴学校品格教育成功实施的经验对于我国校园师生关系的改善具有重要的参考意义;最后,教育发展的实践经验告诉我们,品格教育并不仅仅是一堂课,几句话,一句口号,要使品格教育的发展有所突破,就要不断的进行实践,在实践中求发展。并得出我国在发展品格教育的过程中起启示作用的几点意见:第一,体育教师需要革新教学理念;第二,加强学校、家庭、社会之间的联系,为品格教育的塑造和健康体格的锻炼营造一个具有积极的德育教育性质的氛围;第三,要设立相应的规程;第四,建立科学的品格教育和体育课程评价体系。体育教学模式需要改革,青少年的品格需要进行再教育。教育改革的本质是要促进创新。创新体育教学模式,在青少年的体育教育教学活动中培养学生的品格是对我们体育工作者的一大挑战。品格的产生源于生活,也将在生活实践中得以体现和升华。而体育也是这样一种运动,起源于生活,并为人们的健康生活提供前提和保障,与人们的健康生活有着密切的联系。以此为依据,可以推断出品格教育在体育教育中的实施不仅可以促进体育教育改革的发展,还有利于改善我国一直以来的德育教育模式和方法,会对学生的品格发展起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:Since China into twenty-first Century, all walks of life are facing the challenge of reform. The education of our country in order to keep pace with the times, walking in the forefront of the development of all-round development of high-quality personnel, the education reform movement also started in the country. However, in recent years, in the context of the new curriculum, the present situation of sports teaching in China the school has not been improved, the lack of attention to the sports curriculum, on the other hand, China is in a critical period of social transition, facing the rapid development of the Internet and the economic and political globalization caused by the "cultural colonization", young ideas began to suffer from different cultural invasion, the moral landslide phenomenon character education, character education of teenagers has become the main task for all educators. The physical education reform as an important part of the education reform, PE teachers should also be in the body At the same time, the teaching activities of students' character education. This article through the use of literature, case analysis, comparative law research methods, research papers, the connotation and the research into the development of character education, character education from different forms in different historical periods on the necessity of development of moral education; practice taking Michigan State University successfully penetrated character education in the teaching of physical education as an example, from the social environment, school culture, the school moral education factors of successful penetration into the sports teaching and made great achievements in sports culture and character education implementation etc.; then through the comparison of China and the United States in the political, economic, cultural and other aspects according to the different status of the implementation of character education in physical education teaching in China, teaching in the teaching target, teaching plan, teaching evaluation standard, analysis and other aspects, to improve my The implementation of character education in sports teaching strategies; finally, through researching the development of character education, analysis of sports teaching and other teaching objectives (the students' physical quality, mental health, personality, innovative thinking) of China is important to summarize the relationship between the implementation of character education in the sports teaching: first, from the development of character education can try to reduce unnecessary exploration experience the course of China's development of character education in the teaching of physical education; secondly, from the implementation experience of character education development has a positive significance for our country to construct the character education environment; thirdly, it has important reference significance for successful implementation of school character education experience for teachers and students in China to improve relations finally, the development of education; experience tells us that the character education is not only a class, a few words, a slogan, to make the development of the character education The breakthrough, must practice constantly, seek development in practice. And that China has some enlightenment views in the development process of character education: first, PE teachers should reform the teaching idea; second, to strengthen the school, family and social ties, create a positive nature of moral education the atmosphere for the shaping of character education and physical exercise; third, to set up the corresponding procedures; fourth, establish the evaluation system of character education and physical education curriculum science. Physical education teaching mode to reform juvenile character need to be re educated. The essence of education reform is to promote innovation. Innovation in sports teaching the youth sports education teaching activities to cultivate students' character is a big challenge for our sports workers. The character originated from life, will also be reflected in the sublimation of life and practice. Sports is such a movement that originated in the life, and to provide the prerequisite and guarantee for the people's health and life are closely linked with people's health and life. On this basis, it can be inferred that the implementation of character education in physical education can not only promote the development of physical education reform, and to improve the moral education in China the education mode and method has been, on students' character development has played an important role.
