我国中学大型学校问题和对策研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的不断发展,各行各业对于人才的需求也与日俱增。由学历所带来的社会地位和薪资待遇的差异使得人民群众在“有学上”的基础上也迫切的希望能够“上好学”,这也在一定程度上推动着教育规模的发展。大型学校的产生最初是缘于政府推动,扩大学校规模是政府出于公平的考虑希望有更多的人能够享受到优质教育资源的举措,并且学校扩大规模除了能满足人们对优质教育资源的需求以外,在某种意义上也是为了增加规模效益。但是,从大型学校的现实发展来看,它的存在似乎并没有产生政府部门所预期的效果,反而引发了一系列非公平问题,例如资源过于集中导致学校以及生均资源占有不公平的现象,除此之外还包括诸多教育和管理上的问题,包括生均关注度过低以及校园安全隐患过大等等。所以缓解我国中学学校大型化,解决教育资源分配不均的问题迫在眉睫,而深入分析大型学校产生发展的原因以及它所存在的现实困境可以让我们对学校规模大型化的现象有更加深入的了解并且对此现象做出深刻的反思,从而理性地针对其存在的问题进行对策分析并找到解决问题的方式,使得校与校之间能均衡发展,也使得更多的人可以在真正意义上享受到优质的教育资源,让学校办学能获得真正的规模效益。本文一共分为三个部分,第一部分是介绍大型学校的产生背景与发展的促进因素,包括从学校、政府以及社会三方面因素对大型学校的产生做了详细的说明,以及探讨学校以追求“规模效益”和“公平正义”的名义来进行规模扩张和大型学校利益相关者之间的博弈来分析大型学校发展壮大的过程。这一部分主要是对大型学校做一个详细的介绍,让我们在对大型学校有充分了解的基础上来进行研究分析。第二部分则是分两个章节来讨论大型学校存在的现实困境,包括其对教育公平的不利影响以及由于规模过大而增加了教育和管理方面的难度从而弱化学校的育人功能等等,并且针对这些实际存在的问题做详细的剖析,其中提到了当前制度体系中的缺陷,例如高考制度和社保制度等,除此之外还提到了当前社会过于看中文凭,使得人们将教育看成一项投资甚至是防卫性支出,所以在深知应试教育的危害下人们还是陷入了教育中囚徒困境。然而,发现问题却不解决问题等于做了无用功,所以文章的第三部分则是根据学校规模的扩张越来越不受控制的情况,从破解优质师资过于集中、重视市场力量并大力发展民办教育以及进行管理方式的变革等方面来对大型学校进行对策分析,力图做到均衡分配教育资源,并且团结一切可以团结的力量来支持基础教育事业,以及优化学校管理模式从而提高教学管理的效率等举措。并且还对国外微型学校进行了简单的介绍,希望能从中获得对我国办学规模的启示,以利于深入探讨适合我国中学学校的办学规模以及办学模式等等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for talent from all walks of life also grow with each passing day. Differences in social status and salary caused by education makes people in the "basis" also I want to "school", this has to a certain extent, promote the development of education in large scale. The school was originally produced due to the government to promote and expand the scale of the school is the hope that more people can enjoy the high quality education resources initiatives for fair consideration, and expand the scale of the school in addition to meet the people's demand for high-quality educational resources, in a sense is to increase the size of benefits. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part This is a large school background and development factors, including from the school, government and social factors on three aspects of large schools do a detailed instruction, and explore the game process between the school in the name of pursuing "scale efficiency" and "fairness and justice" and the large scale expansion of school stakeholders the analysis of a large school development. The second part is divided into two chapters to discuss the reality of the plight of large schools exist, including the negative impact on the fairness of education and because of too large scale and increase the difficulty of management education and thus weakening the school education function and so on, and according to the practical problems in detail The analysis, which referred to the defects of the current system, such as the college entrance examination system and social security system, in addition also mentioned the current society is seeing Chinese by, people will make education as an investment and even defense expenditures, so that harm in exam oriented education under the people still in education in the prisoner's dilemma. However, find the problem but does not solve the problem is futile, so the third part of the article is based on the expansion of the school scale is more and more out of control, from the crack of high-quality teachers is too concentrated, the importance of market forces and the development of the private education and the reform of the management to carry out the countermeasure analysis to large the school, trying to achieve balanced allocation of educational resources, and unite forces to support basic education, and optimize the management of the school so as to improve the teaching mode We also introduced briefly the efficiency of learning management, and made a brief introduction to foreign micro schools, hoping to get inspiration for our school scale, so as to further explore the scale and mode of running schools suitable for China's secondary schools.
