运用动机调控策略提高初中生英语学习成效的研究

【摘要】：外语学习是一个长期的过程,需要学习者长期的坚持,而学习者的动机是不稳定的,因此有效的动机调控策略对学习者来说就尤为重要。但目前国内对于动机调控策略的研究较少。本文结合问卷调查、访谈调查、文献研究、课堂观察等多种教育研究方法,以龙阳中心中学八年级学生为研究对象进行了为期一个月的动机调控策略教师干预培训实验,对动机调控策略和初中生英语学习成效之间的关系展开了实证研究,旨在通过研究探讨二者之间是否存在显著的相关性,并试图为初中英语教学提供一定的启发。本论文的写作分为五个部分：绪论部分：笔者首先对本文的研究背景进行了描述,然后从理论意义和实践意义两个方面介绍本文的研究意义,最后介绍本文的研究方法。第一部分主要是对动机调控策略这一概念进行界定,并介绍动机调控策略的分类。第二部分是实验介绍,包括研究设计和实验过程。研究设计主要包括研究目的、研究问题、研究假设、研究工具和实验方案；实验过程包括实验准备过程和实施过程两个阶段。第三部分主要是呈现调查分析的结果和实验结果,包括调查问卷结果及分析、前后测成绩对比及分析、访谈调查结果分析。第四部分是实验结论和反思,笔者首先对研究结果进行了总结,包括初中生动机调控的特点以及对初中英语教学的启示：然后反思实验过程,提出了在动机调控策略教师干预培训过程中应该注意的三个问题；最后概念了本研究的局限性,并对动机调控策略未来发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Foreign language learning is a long-term process that requires learners to persist for a long time and learners' motivation is unstable. Therefore, effective motivation regulation strategy is particularly important for learners. However, there are few researches on motivation control strategies in China. This paper combines questionnaire survey, interview investigation and literature research. Classroom observation and other educational research methods, taking the eighth grade students of Longyang Center Middle School as the research object, conducted a one-month intervention training experiment on motivation regulation strategy teachers. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between motivational control strategies and junior high school students' English learning achievement, aiming to explore whether there is a significant correlation between them. This thesis is divided into five parts: introduction: the author first describes the background of this paper. Then it introduces the research significance of this paper from the theoretical and practical aspects, and finally introduces the research methods of this paper. The first part is mainly to define the concept of motivation control strategy. The second part is the experimental introduction, including the research design and the experimental process. The research design mainly includes the research purpose, the research question, the research hypothesis, the research tool and the experimental scheme; The third part mainly presents the results of the investigation and analysis, including the results of the questionnaire and analysis, before and after the test results comparison and analysis. Analysis of the results of the interview. 4th part is the experimental conclusions and reflection, the author first summarized the results of the study. It includes the characteristics of motivation regulation of junior high school students and the enlightenment to junior high school English teaching. Then it reflects on the experimental process and puts forward three problems that should be paid attention to in the process of intervention training of teachers of motivation control strategies. Finally, the limitation of this study is defined, and the future development of motivation regulation strategy is prospected.
