学生视角下的中学历史教师素养研究

【摘要】:教师的素养直接影响着学生未来的发展和课上课下教学质量,并影响到教师自身的发展前途和学校发展前途,所以探究历史教师的素养要求能给当下历史老师和其他科目老师以重要的指导作用。学生是教育的主体是课堂活动的主要参与者,教师是因为学生的存在而存在的,学生的发展要求的是教师教学的目的,是教师发展自己必须考虑的因素。学生也是与教师朝夕相处的对象,在研究教师的素养要求必须植根于学生的需求,教师素养的提升和培养必须以学生的发展为立足点,了解学生的发展需要和心灵渴望对教师自身的发展具有重要的研究价值。本文希望从学生的视角下来探讨中学历史教师的专业素养要求以给历史教师和其他科目教师未来发展方向提供参考。本文主要探究两个问题:学生需要的什么样的历史老师,学生想要什么样的历史老师。具体的思路如下:在绪论中,介绍一些专业名词的界定、本文的研究方法和研究意义等。正文中首先介绍新课程改革之前我国的传统教育问题,分析我国传统教育的弊端和教育问题出现的原因,得出传统教育对教师历史素养的要求。本文的主体部分是在学生视角下探究历史老师到底应该具备怎么素养。探究主要集中在两个方面,第一是在促进学生的发展过程中需要历史教师具备哪些素养,第二是通过调查了解学生想要什么样的历史老师。总结上述调查以后,可以将学生需要的和想要的历史教师素养分为三类:知识素养,能力素养和人格素养。最后给历史教师应该如何提升这三方面的素养提供意见和建议。
[Abstract]:Teachers' qualities directly affect the future development of students and the quality of teaching in class, as well as the development of teachers themselves and the future of schools. Therefore, exploring history teachers' literacy requirements can give current history teachers and other subject teachers an important guiding role. Students are the main body of education is the main participants in classroom activities. Teachers exist because of the existence of students. Students' development requires the purpose of teachers' teaching and the factors that teachers must consider in their own development. Students are also the objects of getting along with teachers day and night. In the study of teachers' literacy requirements must be rooted in the needs of students, teachers' literacy promotion and training must be based on the development of students. Understanding the development needs and spiritual desire of students has important research value for the development of teachers themselves. This paper hopes to discuss the professional quality requirements of history teachers in middle schools from the perspective of students in order to give history teachers and other subjects. This paper mainly explores two questions:. What kind of history teacher students need. What kind of history teacher students want. The specific ideas are as follows: in the introduction, introduce the definition of some professional nouns. The main body first introduces the traditional education problems before the new curriculum reform, analyzes the drawbacks of the traditional education and the causes of the educational problems in our country. The main part of this paper is to explore how the history teacher should have the literacy from the perspective of students. The exploration is mainly focused on two aspects. The first is to promote the development of students in the process of the need for history teachers with what literacy, the second is to find out what kind of history teachers students want through the survey. It can be divided into three types: knowledge literacy, ability accomplishment and personality accomplishment. Finally, it provides suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the three aspects of history teachers' literacy.
