多元智能理论在中小学德育管理中的应用研究

【摘要】：党的十八届三中全会提出全面深化教育领域综合改革,学校开展教育教学的根本任务是立德树人,同时为中国特色的社会主义培养合格的和可靠的接班人。在这种背景下,中小学德育管理在教育中显的越来越重要。但目前我国中小学德育管理中还存在着管理目标定位过高且缺乏层次性,管理内容距离学生的认知世界过于遥远,管理方法以讲授、灌输式为主,管理的评价上忽略学生的差异等现象。导致这些现状存在的因素是多方面的,不仅有学校管理中存在的问题,也有来自社会的认识,还有来自家长的影响。对这些因素的客观分析和准确把握,对于研究如何提高中小学德育管理的有效性具有十分重要的意义。本文在广泛阅读多元智能理论、中小学德育管理书籍、论文的基础上,结合当今德育管理中存在的问题,进行了多元智能理论对中小学德育管理指导作用的研究。采用问卷调查法,对嘉善县的8所学校师生发放了调查问卷,掌握了嘉善县中小学德育管理的实际情况。提出了利用多元智能理论中的智能平等观、智能差异观、智能情景观和智能发展观来指导提升我们中小学德育管理中的短板。最后论文提出了三点建议:利用多元智能理论指导“家庭教育”指导体系建设、利用多元智能理论指导“校本课程”开发体系建设、利用多元智能理论指导“多元评价”实施体系建设。

But at present our primary and middle school moral education management is there is a lack of management target is too high and the level of management, students' cognition of the world content distance is too far away, the management of teaching, and cramming management evaluation ignore students' difference phenomenon. Factors that lead to the existence of the situation is that there are not only problems in school management, there are understanding from the society, as well as from parents. The influence of objective analysis and accurate grasp of these factors, to study how to improve the management of moral education in elementary and middle schools have Has a very important significance. Based on the extensive reading effect of the theory of multiple intelligences, primary and middle school moral education management books, papers on the basis of the combination of the moral problems in the management of the guiding role of moral education management in primary and secondary schools. By using the theory of multiple intelligences questionnaire survey method, 8 schools in Jiashan County teachers and students issued questionnaires, grasp the actual situation of moral education in primary and secondary schools in Jiashan county. Put forward the concept of equality by intelligence in the theory of multiple intelligence, intelligence difference concept, to guide the improvement of our primary and secondary short board in moral management of Intelligent Emotion and intelligent development. Landscape finally puts forward three suggestions: the use of multiple the intelligent theory construction of "family education" guidance system, using multiple intelligence theory to guide the construction of "school-based curriculum development system, the implementation of the" guiding theory of multiple intelligence assessment System construction.
