【摘要】:教育大计,教师为本;有好的教师,才有好的教育。在当代,随着基础教育改革的不断深入,人们逐渐认识到,更新教育观念,提高教育质量,深化教学改革,归根到底取决于教师的素质和水平。努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍,是推动我国基础教育发展的根本保障。特级教师评选制度自1978年正式确立以来,已经有近四十年的历史,这一制度的建立对于优化我国教师队伍,促进教师迅速成长起到了重要的推动作用。特级教师是师德的表率、育人的模范、教学的专家。特级教师的称号不仅是一种巨大的荣誉,更是一种激励和促进,它是一名教师个人教育教学能力的象征。特级教师的专业发展是一个自觉提高修养的过程,是一个不断奋斗、不断完善自我和超越自我的过程。本研究通过对优秀语文特级教师W老师的专业发展的叙事研究,进而获得具体而又有代表性的成功案例,从个体专业发展的角度揭示影响教师专业发展的因素,分析促使其从普通走向优秀的影响因素,以期为对广大普通教师的专业发展提供借鉴机理。本研究共分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论,提出问题,主要阐释研究的缘起、国内外研究的现状、相关概念的界定、以及研究的思路。第二部分为教师专业发展的故事叙述,将研究对象的专业发展历程分为进入师范教育前、师范教育阶段和任教后三个时期进行叙述;全面观察研究对象的课堂教学,通过课堂实录的片段来展示其教学现状;也适时对其同事、学生、家长进行了访谈来了解研究对象的发展现状。第三部分对研究对象的专业发展故事做出解释性的理解与分析,分析其专业发展阶段的特征,从内部和外部两方面,得出影响其专业发展的因素。第四部分提出本研究的启示。厚德载物是教师之本;学高为师是教师之魂;反思研究是教师专业发展的途径;教学个性是教师专业发展的目标。第五部分为结语,总结全文,强调个案研究对教师专业发展的研究意义。
[Abstract]:Education plans, teacher oriented; good teachers have good education. At present, with the deepening reform of basic education, people gradually realized, to update the concept of education, improve the quality of education, deepening teaching reform, after all depends on Teachers' quality and level. Strive to create a noble morality, business skills high-quality professional teachers, full of vitality, is the basic guarantee of promoting the development of basic education in China. Since the teacher evaluation system of it was established in 1978, has a history of nearly forty years, this system is established for the optimization of teachers in our country, promote the rapid growth of teachers has played an important role in promoting premium. The teacher is a teacher model, teaching model, teaching experts. This study through the professional development of the outstanding Chinese teacher teacher W, and then obtain the specific and representative success stories, revealing the influence factors the professional development of teachers professional development from the individual perspective, analysis of factors which contribute to it from the ordinary to the good, in order to provide reference for the mechanism of professional development for the majority of ordinary teachers. This research is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly explains the research questions, origin, status quo of research at home and abroad the definition of related concepts, and research ideas. The second part is the professional development of teachers professional development of the stories, the study divided into normal education, normal education At the growth stage and after three periods of narration; comprehensive observation of classroom teaching research, through classroom observation of fragments to show the status of teaching; also timely to their colleagues, students and parents were interviewed to understand the current situation of the development of the research object. To explain the understanding and analysis of the third part story of professional development research the research objects, analyze the characteristics of the professional development stage, from internal and external two aspects, the factors that affect the professional development. The fourth part puts forward the Enlightenment of this study. This is the social commitment of teachers; high school teacher is the soul of teachers; reflective research is a way of teachers professional development; teaching personality is the professional development of teachers the target. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the full text, emphasizing the significance of case study research on teacher professional development.
