新高考背景下地理教师对学生职业指导教育的研究

【摘要】:按照我国21世纪中叶,基本实现现代化的目标要求,培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和数以万计的高素质专门人才,是关系21世纪社会主义事业发展的全局性问题。在社会经济不断发展,对人才要求越来越高的今天,如何帮助高中学生认识自我、了解职业、规划人生,如何实现人生价值,将成为我国基础教育关注的焦点。2014年9月,国务院颁发《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,标志着新高考正式启动。学生在进入高中不久就将面临人生第一次对未来发展至关重要的选择,如何帮助学生正确把握学科特点,分析大学专业及其未来就业去向和就业动态,帮助学生树立正确人生观、职业观以及崇高人生理想,就成了普通高中需要面对的首要问题。加之国家和社会发展的迫切需要,职业指导教育在高中开展势在必行,也是我国基础教育发展的内在要求和必然条件。本文研究从相关问题出发,力图通过探究提高职业指导教育的针对性和实用性,为我国高中职业指导教育的开展提供一定借鉴。论文共分为四部分,第一部分主要介绍论文的研究背景和意义,说明国内外的研究现状以及本论文的研究目的和内容,最后阐明论文写作过程中的思路和所用到的方法,以及对文中涉及到的核心概念进行界定。第二部分主要阐述文中所用到的理论基础,包括生涯发展理论和人职匹配理论。第三部分是关于新高考的分析,以先行试点的上海市和浙江省为例,说明新高考考试科目的具体设置和试行措施,包括考试科目的选定,分值的赋予以及考试时间的安排等。最后指出新高考的新特点和新理念,强调新高考“新”在什么地方。第四部分是地理教师进行职业指导教育的探究,首先根据我国高中职业指导教育的现状,说明地理教师进行职业指导教育的必要性,并结合地理学科的特点和地理教师自身特色,分析地理教师进行职业指导教育的独特优势。努力探索适合当前国情,适合地理教师的指导途径,并举出具体事例加以说明。最后对地理教师进行职业指导教育提出要求,以保证职业指导教育在高中顺利实施,持续发展,并取得一定成效。通过本文研究,希望引起大家对职业指导教育的高度重视,努力完善相关法律、法规,不断促进职业指导教育在高中顺利实施,使学生在接受职业指导教育后,能在高中这个关键阶段科学选择出适合自己的科目、专业,规划好自己的职业发展,在今后人生道路中有清晰目标,为社会主义现代化建设贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:In the middle of 21th century, China basically realized the goal of modernization and trained hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and tens of thousands of high-quality specialized personnel. In 21th century, the development of socialist cause is related to the overall problem. Today, when the social economy continues to develop and demands more and more talented people, how to help high school students understand themselves, understand their profession, plan their life, how to realize the value of life, Will become the focus of our country's basic education. September 2014, The State Council has issued "opinions on the implementation of deepening the Reform of the examination and enrollment system", which marks the official start of the new college entrance examination. Students will be faced with the first crucial choice in their life for the future development soon after entering high school. How to help students grasp the characteristics of the subject correctly, analyze the future employment and employment trends of university majors, and help students to set up a correct outlook on life, occupation and lofty ideals of life. In addition to the urgent need of national and social development, vocational guidance education is imperative in senior high schools. It is also an inherent requirement and necessary condition for the development of basic education in our country. This paper tries to improve the pertinence and practicability of vocational guidance education by exploring the relevant problems. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper, explains the current research situation at home and abroad, and the purpose and content of this paper. At last, it explains the ideas and methods used in the process of writing the thesis, as well as the definition of the core concepts involved in the paper. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis used in the paper. The third part is about the analysis of the new college entrance examination, taking Shanghai and Zhejiang Province as examples, to illustrate the specific design and trial measures of the new college entrance examination subjects, including the selection of the examination subjects. Finally, it points out the new features and new ideas of the new college entrance examination, and emphasizes where the new college entrance examination "new" lies. Part 4th is the exploration of geography teachers' vocational guidance education. First of all, according to the present situation of vocational guidance education in senior high school in our country, this paper explains the necessity of vocational guidance education for geography teachers, and combines the characteristics of geography and geography teachers. This paper analyzes on the unique advantages of vocational guidance education for geography teachers, tries hard to explore the guiding ways suitable for the current national conditions and geography teachers, and gives some concrete examples to illustrate them. Finally, it puts forward the requirements for geography teachers to carry out vocational guidance education. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of vocational guidance education in high school, sustainable development, and achieve certain results. Through this study, I hope to cause people to attach great importance to vocational guidance education, and strive to improve the relevant laws and regulations, To continuously promote the smooth implementation of vocational guidance education in senior high schools, so that students can scientifically choose subjects, major and plan their own career development at this critical stage of senior high school after receiving vocational guidance education. In the future, there are clear goals in the road of life, to contribute to the socialist modernization drive.
