区域课程改革的教育生态模型建构研究

【摘要】:我国的基础教育课程改革是由宏观的国家层面、中观的区域层面以及微观的学校层面构成的改革系统,其中,中观的区域课程改革发挥着承上启下的中枢作用,无论是国家课程改革的实施和落地,还是学校课程改革的统领与发展,都要依托于区域课程改革这个中间环节。因此,对区域课程改革的关注和研究具有重要的意义和价值。本研究以教育生态理论为理论基础,从生态系统角度剖析了区域课程改革的推进与发展,一方面它既受宏观的国家课程改革的制约和影响,又与微观的学校课程改革息息相关,三者形成了一个同心圆的生态运行模式。另一方面,它又受到区域的政府支持、专业引领、社会参与等多个系统因子的影响和推动。所以,本研究旨在从区域层面为其构建一个整体协调的教育生态系统模型,遵从区域课程改革的生态系统运行规律,促进区域课程改革生态系统良性互动,优化区域课程改革生态系统整体结构,从而可以推动区域课程改革持续深入的内生性发展。本研究主要采取了文献分析法,对区域课程改革及教育生态理论进行了文献综述,在此基础上阐述了其内涵与特征并剖析了本研究的理论基础。并选取重庆市N区为案例区域,采用案例分析法进行了原型分析,得出了模型构建的基本系统要素和生态环境特征。由此,结合实际参数和运行规律,构建出了区域课程改革的教育生态模型。再通过访谈法分析了案例区域生态系统的实际运行情况,在借鉴和改善的基础上,提出了区域课程改革的教育生态模型应然的运行特征。本文将分为以下几个部分:第一部分,导论。此部分系统分析了国内外区域课程改革和教育生态理论的研究现状和发展趋势,介绍了区域课程改革与教育生态理论相关研究现状,在此基础上提出了本论文的研究目的和意义、研究思路及方法以及研究对象的选择。第二部分,介绍区域课程改革的教育生态模型的内涵与特点。此部分提出区域课程改革是从中观层面推进的课程改革,它在区域性、整体性、有效性、开放性和特色性上彰显出了它的优势和特点。而本研究构建的教育生态模型,是对区域课程改革的教育生态系统的简化表示,它必须具备代表性、科学性以及适用性的模型特征。第三部分,阐述区域课程改革的教育生态模型的原理与基础。此部分介绍了教育系统论、教育生态观的原理及运用,为本研究提供了基本的研究思想及研究视角,使本研究挖掘出了区域课程改革与教育生态理论的内在联系,并提出了区域课程改革的教育生态模型建构的理论支撑——系统观、整体观、动态观和平衡观。第四部分,分析区域课程改革的教育生态模型的原型。此部分选取了重庆市N区作为案例分析对象,在对其进行了深入研究之后,得出了区域课程改革是由国家层面的课程改革政策、区域层面的整体推进以及学校层面的具体实施构成的生态改革系统。其以宏观生态、中观生态、微观生态的同心圆模式呈现出来,并且体现出整体参与、结构完整;合作交流,全力配合;树立个性,共同发展的生态环境特征。第五部分,建构区域课程改革的教育生态模型。此部分结合前文的理论分析和原型分析,得出教育生态模型建构的三个层面五个维度十三个要素:宏观国家层面的国家课程改革政策;中观区域层面的政府政策支持和物质保障,教师进修学院、大学、专业机构的专业引领,以及媒体、社区、家长的社会参与;微观学校层面的学校改革诉求、组织有效运行、校长有力领导和教师广泛参与。再结合教育生态系统的运行规律,建构出了区域课程改革的教育生态模型。第六部分,厘清区域课程改革的教育生态模型运行特征。此部分结合访谈资料,对案例区域课程改革的教育生态系统进行了实然分析,在借鉴和改善的基础上,厘清了本研究建构的区域课程改革教育生态模型应然的运行特征。
[Abstract]:China's basic education curriculum reform is the macro level, the reform of the system, a regional level meso and micro level in the middle school, regional curriculum reform plays a central role in connecting, whether the landing of the national curriculum reform and the implementation of, or the school curriculum reform and development guide, must rely on in the area of the middle part of the curriculum reform. Therefore, the regional curriculum reform attention and research has important meaning and value. Based on the theory of educational ecology as the theoretical basis, from the perspective of ecosystem, analyzes the promotion and development of regional curriculum reform, on the one hand it is affected and restricted by national curriculum reform. This paper will be divided into the following parts: the first part is introduction. This part analyzes the system research status and development trend of domestic and regional curriculum reform and education ecology theory, this paper introduces regional curriculum reform and education ecology theory research, put forward on the basis of the research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods and the selection of object of study. The second part introduces the connotation and characteristics of the ecological model of regional education the curriculum reform. This part puts forward the regional curriculum reform is advancing from the middle level of curriculum reform, in the area, integrity, effectiveness, openness and The color of the highlights its advantages and characteristics. And this construction of the ecological education model is a simplified representation of the regional ecological system of education curriculum reform, it must be representative of science and the applicability of the model characteristics. The third part, this paper describes the principle and the basic education curriculum reform of the regional ecological model this part introduces the education system theory, principle and application of ecological concept education, provides the research ideas and the basic research perspective for the research, the research discovers the intrinsic relation of regional curriculum reform and educational ecology theory, and puts forward the theoretical model of regional ecological construction support education curriculum reform -- a system view overall, view, dynamic view and the view of equilibrium. In the fourth part, analysis model of regional ecological education curriculum reform prototype. The sixth part, to clarify the characteristics of running state model of regional curriculum reform education. Combined with the interview data, this part, ecological education the case area of curriculum reform on the basis of actual analysis, and improvement, to clarify the operational characteristics of this research construction area curriculum reform education ecological model ought to be.
