广西中小学校园足球师资培训现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】:国家号召开展校园足球活动,为了通过开展校园足球提高学生身体素质、提高足球人口,同时又能发现可塑造的足球爱好者。但是在开展校园足球活动时,校园足球师资严重缺乏。为了开展好校园足球活动,教育部办公厅提出,大力加强校园足球师资力量,要求各省加强校园足球师资培训工作,保证校园足球师资质量,确保校校有足球师资,保障校园足球活动的顺利开展。但是在培训中仍然存在各种问题。本文通过运用问卷调查法,实地考察法,访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法相结合,以“广西中小学校园足球师资培训现状及发展对策研究”为题,研究主要从以下五个方面进行分析:1.培训目标;2.培训对象;3.培训课程内容;4.培训方式及手段;5.培训证书核发要求。研究得出一下结论:1.目前广西中小学校园足球师资培训虽然能根据国家级校园足球师资培训指导方案所提出的培训目标进行培训工作,但是末能够根据参训对象的需求进行细化培训目标,设置阶段性目标、层次性目标,使校园足球师资培训可持续有效的发展。同时也缺少课程目标,未能理清培训的总体目标与培训课程的阶段目标的关系,未能兼顾好培训的数量与质量问题。2.培训对象的学习目标、学习目的明确、学习动机端正,但足球基础参差不齐;年龄结构较合理;学历主要是以本科、大专为主,职称结构以初中级为主;培训对象以男性教师及体育专业教师为主,少数女性教师及非体育专业教师为辅;获得参加培训的机会来源是以学校领导安排及市、县、区教育局安排为主,教师重复参加校园足球师资培训活动所占比例多;从事足球教学活动的教师及已经开展校园足球训练竞赛活动的学校比例占多数;培训对象希望培训时间段安排在工作期间和寒暑假。3.培训课程内容的针对性不够,创新性不足,培训课程与培训时间的比例不合理;培训课程内容脱离实际情况,内容的层次性、连续性不够显著。在实施培训的过程当中,培训师在实施培训时对课程内容有倾向性,各行其事,培训进程不一。4.目前校园足球师资培训的培训方式以短期集中式培训为主,培训形式以教学班为主;在进行分班时,未能根据培训对象的基础进行合理的分班。培训方式传统,形式单一,存在局限性。培训手段以多媒体课件演讲进行理论授课、技术、战术实践学习以基础的教、学、练为主丰富性不足,缺乏创意,造成培训对象在培训学习的过程中的学习积极性不高。5.目前校园足球师资培训的考核方式的以考勤、培训心得为主。培训工作考核方式过于简单,缺少考核量化体系,培训证书的颁发的缺乏严谨性。针对以上问题提出发展对策:1.校园足球师资培训须遵循的培训原则:(1)培训须坚持以人为本原则。(2)培训须坚持以实际出发为原则。(3)培训须坚持发展性原则。(4)培训须以传授理念为原则。2.制定合理的足球师资培训方案:(1)结合培训对象的需求设置科学的培训目标。(2)根据培训对象足球基础进行合理的选拔及分班。(3)以培训对象为中心,设置针对性的、层次性的培训课程内容。(4)多种培训方式相结合,灵活运用培训手段。(5)制定合理的考核方式,建立科学严谨的等级证书制度。
[Abstract]:The call of the country to carry out the campus football activities, in order to improve the students' physical quality by carrying out campus football, improve the football population, at the same time found that the shaping of football fans. But in the campus football activities, campus football serious shortage of teachers. In order to carry out the campus football activities, the general office of the Ministry of education, strengthen the campus football teachers and asked the provinces to strengthen the campus football training of teachers to ensure the quality of teachers, the campus football school football teachers, to ensure security, the campus football activities carried out smoothly. But there are still various problems in training. By using the method of questionnaire investigation, on-the-spot investigation method, interview method, literature method, the combination of mathematical statistics. On the topic of "campus football training of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi current situation and development countermeasure research", the research mainly carries on the analysis from the following five aspects: 1. training Target; 2. training objects; 3. training courses; 4. training methods and means; 5. training certificate issued. Researches draw a conclusion: 1.. The Guangxi school football training is training under the guidance of the national campus football training program the training target, but to end the detailed training objectives according to the needs of the object, set the stage goal, target level, the campus football training the sustainable and effective development. Also the lack of curriculum objectives, relationship between the overall goals and training course training failed to clarify the stage goal, failed to take into account the problem of quality and quantity of good training.2. training object learning objectives, learning objective clearly, motivation, but the football foundation uneven; the age structure is reasonable; education is mainly to undergraduate, college, professional title structure at the beginning Intermediate; training objects to male teachers and physical education teachers, minority female teachers and non professional sports teachers as a supplement; get the chance for training in school leadership arrangement and is the source of city, county, District Education Bureau arrangement, teachers repeatedly participate in the campus football teacher training activities proportion; engaged in football teaching activities the teachers and carry out the campus football training and competition activities accounted for most of the school; training object to training time arrangements during work and summer vacation.3. training courses are lack of pertinence, lack of innovation, training courses and training time and the proportion is not reasonable; the contents of training courses from the actual situation, level of content. Continuity is not significant. Training evaluation is too simple, lack of quantitative evaluation system, lack of rigor training certificate issued. In view of the above problems and put forward countermeasures: training principle 1. campus football training teachers must follow: (1) the training must adhere to the people-oriented principle.
