安阳市区初级中学体育教学现状及对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,国民生活水平的不断提升,人们越加重视身心素质的发展,尤其是青少年的体质健康更是引起广大学校和家长的重视。为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》和《全民健身条例》,河南省教育厅关于2014年河南省学生体质健康状况调研结果做出通报,中学生体质健康依然存在诸多问题,主要有:中学生身体素质各项指标呈下降趋势、视力不良率增加以及超重率有所上升等。然而,中学生的体质健康问题是一个综合问题,究其原因:一是学生不愿意锻炼,二是学生缺乏锻炼的外围环境保障,三是当今电子信息时代下,各种娱乐设施挤占了学生锻炼的时间空间。学校体育工作开展情况与学生身心健康发展状况有着直接的关系,青少年的体质健康需要良好的体育教育,国家政策加强了对学生身心素质发展的重视,也正是体育教学工作发展的良好契机。2016年国务院办公厅发布《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》),目的希望能够更好的推进学校体育改良和深化学校体育工作,以学校为载体,培养学生体育锻炼的积极性与终身体育意识,从而建立学生正确的人生观、价值观和世界观。《意见》强调,全方位提升体育教育的质量,切实发挥体育在培养和践行社会主义核心价值观、推进素质教育中的综合作用。未来五年内,大幅度提升体育教学质量,培养学生身体锻炼的行为习惯,促进体质健康水平和运动技能的提高,规章意识、团结协作和坚强意志显著加强,基本形成体系健全、制度完善、充满活力、注重实效的中国特色学校体育发展格局。通过对河南省安阳市区初级中学体育教学的开展情况进行调查研究,找出存在的问题与不足,提出优化策略与方法。通过文献资料法收集与本课题相关的图书及期刊杂志等相关文献资料,采用问卷调查法和实地访谈法进行调研,运用逻辑分析法对调查现状进行分析,得出结论如下:1.安阳市区初级中学男教师人数多于女教师,年龄呈年轻化趋势,年轻教师的授课经验欠缺,体育教师学历结构比较合理,缺少培训机会。2.受到应试教育环境的影响,大多数学校和家庭过度关注文化课,忽视了培养学生运动兴趣和终身体育的意识。3.体育教学内容以篮球、排球、足球和田径类项目为主,缺乏民族传统体育运动项目,教学内容不够全面。4.中学的校本课程开发得不到重视,不能满足学生的需求,影响学生体育课学习的积极性。5.教学组织形式单一,场地基本满足教学需求,仍需进一步完善,器材实用性低。6.教学过程中教学方法的采用以传统教学法为基础,教学手段单一,没有充分利用现代电子化手段。7.学校体育教学评价相对简单,评价方法单一,学生成绩的进步幅度并没有在评价内容中体现。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of national living standard, people pay more and more attention to the development of physical and mental quality, especially the physical health of young people, which has aroused the attention of the majority of schools and parents.In order to implement the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physical Fitness of teenagers" and the "regulations on National Fitness", the Education Department of Henan Province issued a report on the results of the investigation on the physical health status of students in Henan Province in 2014.There are still many problems in middle school students' physical health, such as: the index of middle school students' physical fitness is decreasing, the rate of vision defect is increasing, and the rate of overweight is increasing.However, the problem of middle school students' physical health is a comprehensive problem. The reasons are as follows: first, students do not want to exercise; second, students lack the external environmental protection of exercise; and third, in the electronic information age,All kinds of recreational facilities take up time and space for students to exercise.The development of school physical education has a direct relationship with the development of students' physical and mental health. The physical health of teenagers needs good physical education, and the state policy has strengthened the importance of the development of students' physical and mental quality.It is also a good opportunity for the development of physical education work. In 2016, the General Office of the State Council issued "opinions on strengthening physical Education in Schools to promote the overall Development of students' physical and Mental Health" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), in the hope that it can be better promoted.To improve and deepen the work of school physical education,Take the school as the carrier, train the student's enthusiasm of physical training and lifelong sports consciousness, thus establish the student's correct outlook on life, values and world outlook.Give full play to the comprehensive role of physical education in cultivating and practicing socialist core values and promoting quality education.In the next five years, the quality of physical education teaching will be greatly improved, the behavior habits of students' physical exercise will be cultivated, the level of physical health and sports skills will be improved, the awareness of regulations, unity and cooperation and strong will will be significantly strengthened, and a sound system will be basically formed.Perfect system, full of vitality, practical school sports development pattern with Chinese characteristics.Based on the investigation and study of physical education teaching in middle schools in Anyang City, Henan Province, the existing problems and shortcomings were found out, and the optimization strategies and methods were put forward.This paper collects books and periodicals and magazines related to this subject through the method of literature and materials, adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and field interview, analyzes the present situation of the investigation by using logical analysis method, and draws the conclusions as follows: 1.The number of male teachers in Anyang urban junior middle school is more than that of female teachers, the age is younger, the teaching experience of young teachers is short, the structure of PE teachers' academic qualifications is reasonable, and the training opportunities are lacking. 2.Under the influence of examination-oriented education environment, most schools and families pay too much attention to cultural classes and neglect to cultivate students' awareness of sports interest and lifelong physical education.Sports teaching contents are mainly basketball, volleyball, football and track and field events, lack of traditional national sports, teaching content is not comprehensive. 4.The development of school-based curriculum in middle school can not be paid attention to, and can not meet the needs of students, which affects the enthusiasm of students'PE study.The teaching organization form is single, the site basically satisfies the teaching demand, still needs to be further consummated, the equipment practicability is low. 6. 6.In the teaching process, the teaching method is based on the traditional teaching method, the teaching method is single, and the modern electronic method is not fully utilized.The evaluation of school physical education teaching is relatively simple, the evaluation method is single, and the improvement range of students' achievement is not reflected in the evaluation content.
