宁波市中小学校园足球指导员培训体系研究

【摘要】：自2009年推广至今,校园足球已在全国范围内走过了7年的光阴。期间经过各部门的通力合作取得了一定的成效,但由于种种原因致使校园足球活动推进并不顺畅并未达到预期效果。其中很大一部分因素取决于指导员这一校园足球活动的主导群体。校园足球指导员作为校园足球活动的推动人、掌控者,其水平能力的高低直接影响了校园足球活动的开展。目前,宁波市校园足球指导员无论是数量上还是质量上都难以满足校园足球活动的发展需求,着重培养大批量优秀的校园足球指导员是宁波市校园足球发展的重中之重。本文针对宁波市校园足球指导员人才匮乏这一校园足球活动发展道路上的绊脚石,着重探讨了如何提升校园足球指导员素养、开展校园足球指导员培训、加强校园足球指导员制度管理、等一系列问题。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科研手段并遵循体育科学研究方法相关理论,经反复斟酌论证,总结出如下结论:1、在宁波市,校园足球指导员培训工作相对竞赛组织、文化推广来说重视度偏低,缺乏专门性的管理组织机构。正是缺少专门的领导组织核心导致宁波市校园足球指导员活动不能有计划系统性的展开。2、此外,由于宁波市混乱和不严格的指导员资格审查和注册制度,在一定程度上给予了一部分指导员得过且过不思进取的消极心态。无证上岗的过度放纵严重影响了校园足球指导员参与培训学习的积极性,给指导员自身素质的提升制造了障碍。3、同样,由于宁波市校园足球活动重心对于竞赛和文化推广的过度偏移,导致宁波市校园足球指导员培训工作相对于其他校园足球活动,财政支持力度较小。正是由于培训经费匮乏导致培训所需较高质量的硬软件设施难以得到满足。无论是培训讲师还是受训学员由于受制于经济压力严重削弱了他们的积极性。财政投入的不足很大程度上影响了指导员培训工作。4、与此同时,宁波市校园足球指导员培训体系存在培训讲师严重短缺,导致指导员培训工作只能大批量宽泛进行,不能使每个学员深层次的学习,培训效果大打折扣。5、另外,由于培训内容过于针对足球训练比赛这一专业竞技性问题,导致其偏离校园足球特有的,诸如育人育德、快乐足球的相关理念。而且没有统一的针对性教材对于受训学员和培训讲师来说他们的教学工作受到了很大限制。6、而由于缺乏固定的的教学培训大纲,导致培训工作不够系统每次培训内容变动较大,使学员很难系统学习相关知识。这给培训工作造成了一定困难影响了培训质量。7、针对上述问题,本研究寄希望通过加大财政投入、建立领导组织机构、严格指导员资格审查注册制度、提升讲师质量、编订指导员培训教材、统一指导员培训大纲、加强校园足球指导员继续教育、等措施真正完善校园足球指导员培训体系,从根本上解决校园足球指导员培养这一现实问题。本文渴望构建健康有序的宁波市校园足球指导员培训体系,为宁波市乃至全国校园足球的发展提供帮助。

It is difficult to satisfy the trainer or trainee students due to the economic pressures severely weakened their enthusiasm.
