研究性学习在高中英语语法教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：《高中英语课程标准》指出,学生在高中阶段英语语法学习应达到的目标是用适当的语言形式描述事物,表达观点、态度或是情感,而非机械地记忆语法规则。但是,在真实的教学情境中,老师受应试教育的影响,往往将语法知识直接呈现给学生,详尽地解释其规则,这种以教师为中心的教学使学生失去了对知识主动思考、积极建构的机会,学生逐渐地失去了学习语法的兴趣。因此,探寻一种有效的教学方法变得尤为必要。基于建构主义和人本主义的研究性学习是指在教学活动中,老师为学生创设教学情境,学生主动地进行研究,使其发现问题、提出问题、最终解决问题。在实施研究性学习活动时,尝试着以语法点作为研究项目,探讨语法教学中运用研究性学习的可操作性。此实验主要探讨三个问题:(1)研究性学习能否提高学生对于语法学习的兴趣?(2)在语法学习上应用研究性学习的方式对增强学生的自主学习能力是否有益?(3)研究性学习在提高学生语法成绩方面是否比传统教学法更有效?本实验以辽中区第一高级中学高一年级的两个平行班作为教学对象,进行了为期四个月的实验。实验班采用研究性学习的方式,控制班继续运用传统的语法教学法。实验采用了测试、调查问卷、访谈等方法工具,并运用统计软件SPSS19.0进行相关的数据分析,得出结论:研究性学习对提高学生英语语法的学习兴趣有很大帮助,学生的自主学习能力有很大程度地增强,因此学生的英语语法成绩也得到了相应的提高。虽然本文所述的研究性学习在英语语法教学中的应用为教师在语法教学上提供了参考,但受各种因素的影响,本研究仍存在一些不足之处,希望更多的教师对研究性学习提出有价值的建议,使研究性学习得到更好的运用。
[Abstract]:The English Curriculum Standard of Senior High School points out that the goal of English grammar learning in senior high school is to describe things, express opinions, attitudes or emotions in appropriate language form, rather than memorize grammar rules mechanically. However, under the influence of examination-oriented education, teachers often present their grammar knowledge directly to students and explain their rules in detail. This teacher-centered teaching makes students lose their active thinking on knowledge. With the opportunity of positive construction, students gradually lose interest in learning grammar. Therefore, it is necessary to explore an effective teaching method. Research-based learning based on constructivism and humanism means that in teaching activities, teachers create teaching situations for students, students take the initiative to study, make them find problems, put forward problems, and finally solve problems. In carrying out the research study, we try to take the grammar point as the research project, and discuss the feasibility of using the research study in grammar teaching. This experiment mainly discusses three questions: 1) whether inquiry learning can increase students' interest in grammar learning and 2) whether the application of inquiry learning in grammar learning is beneficial to enhancing students' autonomous learning ability. Is Xi more effective than traditional teaching methods in improving students' grammar scores? The experiment was carried out for four months with two parallel classes in Grade one of the first Senior Middle School in central Liaoning as the teaching object. The experimental class adopts the method of inquiry learning, and the control class continues to use the traditional grammar teaching method. The experiment adopts the methods of test, questionnaire and interview, and carries on the related data analysis with the statistical software SPSS19.0, and draws the conclusion: the inquiry learning has great help to improve the students' interest in English grammar learning. Students' autonomous learning ability has been greatly enhanced, so students' English grammar scores have been improved accordingly. Although the application of research-based learning in English grammar teaching provides a reference for teachers in grammar teaching, due to various factors, there are still some shortcomings in this study. It is hoped that more teachers will put forward valuable suggestions on inquiry learning so as to make better use of inquiry learning.
