领导力与学校课程建设的变革性实践

【摘要】：学校课程建设是当前学校领导力提升的核心内容,学校领导力与学校个性化发展是当前推进学校改革的重要议题。在分析学校领导力内涵、要素,构建学校领导力框架的基础上,基于当前学校课程建设的变革性实践,重点探讨通过学校课程顶层设计来展现学校个性化发展的办学思路和特色,同时尝试对学校的课程改革实践探索进行有一定深度的解读。
[Abstract]:The school curriculum construction is the core content of the current school leadership promotion, the school leadership and the school individuation development is the important topic of the current school reform. On the basis of analyzing the connotation and elements of school leadership and constructing the framework of school leadership, based on the reform practice of current school curriculum construction, This paper mainly discusses the ideas and characteristics of individualized development of school through the top-level design of school curriculum, and attempts to interpret the practical exploration of curriculum reform in a certain depth at the same time.
