深圳市坪山区中学阳光体育运动开展的现状和对策研究

【摘要】:青少年是祖国的未来,他们的体质健康关系到我国的国业兴衰。为了扭转学生体质持续下降的问题,2006年12月23日教育部、国家体育总局等5部委发布《关于开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的通知》。从2007年开始,结合《国家学生体质健康标准》的全面实施,在全国各级各类学校中广泛、深入的开展以“达标争先、强健体魄”为目标的“全国亿万学生阳光体育运动”。近十年的时间过去了,阳光体育运动在全国各省、市的大中小学已进入成熟稳定的阶段,而深圳市坪山区中学开展阳光体育运动的现状如何?本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法等多种科学研究方法对深圳市坪山区的6所中学的“阳光体育运动”实施状况进行调查和分析,总结出经验与目前存在的问题,并在此基础上提出合理化的建议,以促进阳光体育运动在坪山区中学良好的实施。研究结论如下:(1)学校领导都比较重视阳光体育运动,体育教师对相关政策了解且比较支持,学生也有较好的认知水平,对阳光体育运动的喜欢程度较高;在宣传阳光体育运动方面主要以体育老师的宣传为主,校园媒体也发挥了极大的作用;(2)大课间活动内容较单一,以集体跑步和广播操为主,课外体育运动竞赛以容易组织的拔河、跳绳类为主;(3)体育课存在被占用的情况,学生运动时间保障不足;(4)每年都有执行全校学生的体质健康测试工作,但开展过程中存在疏漏,严谨性不足,数据真实性不够;(5)学校开展阳光体育运动的物质资源和人力资源相对充足。组织领导机构和激励机制有待完善。为了更好地促进深圳市坪山区中学阳光体育运动的发展,提出了以下建议:(1)继续加大对阳光体育运动的宣传力度,将家庭和社会其他力量融入进来;(2)丰富阳光体育运动的内容和组织形式,各学校根据本校特色开展形式多样的运动项目,把阳光体育与中国传统体育、新型的现代体育有效结合;(3)将体育课与课外体育活动合理的结合,确保学生每天锻炼一小时;(4)继续将《国家学生体质健康标准》的工作与阳光体育运动结合,提高校领导、全校师生对此项工作的重视程度,确保工作开展的实效性;(5)合理的分配场地器材,充分发挥每块场地,每个器材的作用,提高场地器材的使用效率,使学生更好的参与到体育锻炼中;严格执行监督和评价机制,教育主管部门要积极落实《阳光体育工作评估细则》,学校内部要评选阳光体育活动的先进集体和先进个人。
[Abstract]:In order to reverse the continuing decline of students' physique, the 5 ministries of the Ministry of education and the State General Administration of physical education, in December 23, 2006, issued a notice on the launching of the national sunshine sports of hundreds of millions of students in the Ministry of education and the State Sports Administration, which began in 2007 and combined with the national student physical health standard. The comprehensive implementation of "quasi >" is widely used in all kinds of schools at all levels throughout the country. The "hundreds of millions of students in the country's Sunshine Sports" is carried out in depth with the goal of "achieving the standard and strengthening the physique". In the past ten years, the sunshine sports in all the provinces and provinces in the whole country have entered a mature and stable stage, and the Middle School of Shenzhen Ping Shan mountain is the middle school. How to carry out the current situation of sunshine sports? Through the use of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and other scientific research methods to investigate and analyze the implementation of "Sunshine Sports" in 6 middle schools in Shenzhen city's mountain area, summarize the experience and the existing problems, and put forward the rationality on this basis. Suggestions are made to promote the good implementation of sunshine sports in the Middle School of Ping mountain. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the school leaders pay more attention to the sunshine sports, the physical education teachers have a better understanding of the relevant policies, the students have better cognitive level, a higher degree of enthusiasm for the sunshine sports, and the propaganda of the sun sports sports party. Mainly with the sports teacher's propaganda mainly, the campus media also played a great role; (2) the content of the large class activities is more single, mainly with collective running and broadcasting, the extracurricular sports competitions are easy to organize tug of war and rope skipping class; (3) the existence of the physical education class is occupied, the students' exercise time is insufficient; (4) every year there is an obsession The whole school students' physical health testing work, but there are omissions in the process, lack of rigor, data authenticity is not enough; (5) the physical resources and human resources of the school to carry out sunshine sports are relatively sufficient. The organization leadership and incentive mechanism need to be improved. In order to better promote the sunshine sports in Shenzhen high school mountain middle school The following suggestions are put forward: (1) continue to strengthen the publicity of sunshine sports and integrate family and other social forces; (2) enrich the content and form of sunshine sports, and carry out various sports items in various schools according to the characteristics of the school, and make sunshine sports with traditional Chinese sports and new modern sports Effective combination; (3) a reasonable combination of physical education and extracurricular sports activities to ensure that the students exercise one hour a day; (4) continue to combine the work of the national student physical health standard with the sunshine sports, improve the school leadership, the degree of attention to the work, and ensure the effectiveness of the work; (5) a rational distribution of the venues. Material, give full play to each site, the role of each equipment, improve the efficiency of the use of equipment and equipment, make students better participate in physical exercise; strictly implement the supervision and evaluation mechanism, the education department should actively implement the "sunshine sports work evaluation rules >", the school should select the advanced collective and advanced individuals of sunshine sports activities.
