高中教师作文教学规划能力的调查与分析

【摘要】:随着新课程的改革,教师由被动的执行者变为了主动的决策者,教师在教学前的规划就显得尤为重要。教师的教学规划主要是对教学活动的实施进行有效地计划,这种规划不仅是对于教学知识体系的计划,也是对于思维能力培养的计划。写作是运用语言文字表达和思想感情交流的一项重要交际方式,因此写作教学在语文课程中显得尤为重要,是提高语文整体质量的一项重要内容。作文是培养学生基本的、适应实际需要的书面语言表达能力的活动,是语文素养的体现,并且作文对于中小学生的学习和生活有着重要而深远的意义。《普通高中语文课程标准(实验)》对教师在作文教学的内容和教学评价等方面提出了明确的要求,而语文课程自身具有的多元化和人文化的特点对教师在作文教学的规划上提出了更高的要求。因此对教师作文教学的规划能力的研究,才能优化教师实施策略,提高作文的教学质量。本文试图结合高中作文教学作为切入点,对教师作文教学规划能力进行了深入的研究,主要采取的是文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法,目的是为了了解高中教师作文教学规划中存在的问题及原因,并为教师提高作文教学规划能力对策提供现实依据。本文一共分为四个部分进行研究,如下:第一部分(绪论):主要是对问题研究的背景、国内现状综述、本课题研究的目的和意义,研究的思路和方法进行了介绍;第二部分(第一章):结合作文教学规划能力的概念来进行分析提高教师这种能力的必要性;第三部分(第二章、第三章):主要是规划能力问卷调查的设计和样本的取得以及通过问卷调查分析教师规划能力不足之处以及原因;第四部分(第四章):主要是从四个方面提出了提高高中教师作文教学规划能力的对策;
[Abstract]:With the reform of the new curriculum, teachers have changed from passive executors to active decision makers, so it is very important for teachers to plan before teaching. The teaching planning of teachers is mainly to plan the implementation of teaching activities effectively, which is not only a plan for the teaching knowledge system, but also a plan for the cultivation of thinking ability. Writing is an important means of communication in the use of words and expressions and the exchange of thoughts and feelings. Therefore, writing teaching is particularly important in Chinese courses and is an important content to improve the overall quality of Chinese. Composition is an activity to cultivate students' basic ability to express written language and to meet the actual needs. It is also the embodiment of Chinese literacy. And the composition has important and far-reaching significance for the study and life of the primary and middle school students. The Chinese Curriculum Standard (experiment) of the ordinary senior high school has put forward the explicit request to the teacher in the content of composition teaching and the teaching evaluation and so on. The diversity of Chinese curriculum and the characteristics of human culture put forward higher requirements for teachers in the planning of composition teaching. Therefore, the study of teachers' ability to plan composition teaching can optimize teachers' implementing strategies and improve the quality of composition teaching. This article attempts to combine the high school composition teaching as the breakthrough point, has carried on the thorough research to the teacher composition teaching planning ability, mainly adopts the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the interview method, The purpose of this paper is to understand the problems and reasons in the composition teaching planning of senior high school teachers, and to provide practical basis for teachers to improve their ability of composition teaching planning. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part (introduction: mainly on the background of the problem, the domestic situation, the purpose and significance of this research, the research ideas and methods are introduced; The second part (Chapter I): combining the concept of composition teaching planning ability to analyze the need to improve the ability of teachers. The third chapter is mainly about the design of the questionnaire on planning ability and the acquisition of samples, and the analysis of the deficiency and reasons of teachers' planning ability through the questionnaire survey. The fourth part (Chapter four): mainly put forward the countermeasures from four aspects to improve senior high school teachers' ability of composition teaching planning;
