小组教学法在思想品德教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:学生作为教育的主要对象,老师对学生的一言一行都应该足够重视,给予学生合适的学习环境对于学生的各个方面的发展都有至关重要的作用。而现实中由于受到各个方面的影响,如何合理的安排学生的座位,如何使学生在一种良好的环境下进行学习已经成为老师管理的一项重要的工作。而小组教学法法目前已经是老师使用的一种教学方法,本文针对小组教学法在教学学习与管理中存在的一些优点与缺点进行合理分析,并对小组教学法在教学中存在的一些问题提出一些对策,使老师更能深刻的了解小组教学法,为以后老师的管理工作和老师的教师工作打下良好的基础,使老师能合理高效的运作小组教学法,提高全班学生各个方面的素质。论文主要包含以下四部分部分:第一部分主要介绍了本课题的研究背景、研究意义、国内外现状以及本文的重难点、创新点和研究所使用的研究方法,具体阐述了了小组教学法的的理论依据。小组教学法在我国还没有普遍使用,由于受现实因素和空间因素的一些影响,小组教学法的使用受到了一些阻碍,本文详细的研究了小组教学法在国内外研究的现状和研究背景,为本文的研究打下基础。第二部分具体阐述了小组教学法的内涵以及运用的基本原则。小组教学法运用的基本原则有面向全体学生,提高学生的学习效率和优化班级整体素质。学生受到的教育是平等的,老师应该平等的对待每一位学生,这是学生学习的基本权利。其次,中学阶段学生的主要任务是学习,所以对小组教学法的研究最主要的是提高学生的学习效率。最后班级是一个团体,只有班级整体素质提升,学生才能在各个方面得到提升。第三部分阐述了小组教学法法在思想品德教学中运用的现状,并且科学的指出了小组教学法运用的优点以及问题。小组教学法的优点主要包括对整个课堂效果的影响、对整个学生团队的影响和对班级管理的影响。小组教学法的缺陷有老师随意安排、老师课堂控制能力难把握、学生责任性两极分化以及教室空间小。第四部分详细的指出了运用小组教学法的一些对策,包括老师要从全方面考虑安排座位、小组作业角色一定安排到位、学生轮流当组长、设置组间评比和小组道德之间的评比等。评比的目的是为了让小组更加的完善,让学生认识到自己存在哪些方面的不足,学习其他同学的优点,取长补短,在老师和其他同学的监督下一步步成长。设置评比使小组教学法在以后运用当中越来越完善。本文具体的阐述了小组教学法的优点与缺点,并针对其缺点提出了具体的对策,希望为以后老师运用或研究小组教学法提供理论与现实意义。
[Abstract]:As the main object of education, teachers should pay enough attention to the students' words and deeds, and giving them a proper learning environment is of great importance to the development of all aspects of the students. However, due to the influence of various aspects in reality, how to arrange students' seats reasonably and how to make students study in a good environment has become an important task of teacher management. The group teaching method is a teaching method used by teachers at present. This paper makes a reasonable analysis of some advantages and disadvantages of group teaching method in teaching learning and management. It also puts forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in the teaching of group teaching, so that teachers can understand the group teaching method more deeply, and lay a good foundation for the management of teachers and teachers' work in the future. So that teachers can reasonably and efficiently operate group teaching method, improve the quality of all aspects of the class. The thesis includes four parts as follows: the first part mainly introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign situation, the important and difficult points of this paper, the innovation points and the research methods used in the research. The theoretical basis of group teaching method is expounded in detail. The group teaching method has not been widely used in our country. Because of the influence of realistic factors and space factors, the use of group teaching method has been hindered. The present situation and research background of group teaching method at home and abroad are studied in detail in this paper, which lays a foundation for this study. The second part elaborates the connotation of group teaching method and the basic principles of its application. The basic principles of applying group teaching method are facing all students, improving students' learning efficiency and optimizing the overall quality of the class. Students receive equal education, teachers should treat every student equally, this is the basic right of students to learn. Secondly, the main task of the middle school students is to learn, so the most important research on the group teaching method is to improve the students' learning efficiency. Finally, the class is a group, only when the overall quality of the class is improved, students can be promoted in all aspects. The third part expounds the present situation of the application of the group teaching method in the ideological and moral teaching, and scientifically points out the advantages and problems of the group teaching method. The advantages of group teaching mainly include the influence on the whole class effect, the influence on the whole student team and the influence on the class management. The defects of group teaching include teachers' random arrangement, teachers' ability of classroom control, polarization of students' responsibility and small classroom space. The fourth part points out some countermeasures of using group teaching method in detail, including the teacher should consider arranging seats from all aspects, the role of group work must be arranged in place, and the students take turns as group leaders. Set up the evaluation between groups and group ethics and so on. The purpose of evaluation is to make the group more perfect, to make students realize their shortcomings, to learn the advantages of other students, to learn from each other, and to grow step by step under the supervision of teachers and other students. Setting up evaluation makes group teaching method more and more perfect in the future. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the group teaching method, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in view of its shortcomings, hoping to provide theoretical and practical significance for the teachers to use or study the group teaching method in the future.
