汉中市汉台区农村初中历史教学现状调查与研究

【摘要】:随着中学教育改革的不断深入,加强农村基础教育已经成为促进教育公平的关键举措。因此,全面的了解农村中学教学现状已成为制定具有较强针对性政策的重要前提。本文在该背景下,针对汉台区农村初中历史教学现状,采用问卷调查法和访谈法的方式进行研究,从教师和学生两个方面设计调研问卷,并结合访谈等方式,对汉中市汉台区农村历史教学状况进行资料收集,进而对所回收问卷进行系统分析查找现状问题。从历史教学重视程度、教师队伍建设、学生学习情况、课堂教学情况等方面对汉中市汉台区农村初中历史教学现状进行分析。结果表明:汉台区农村历史教学中存在的主要问题有:(1)在教育体制方面,主要存在农村历史教学基础设施不完备、教师工资待遇不高等问题;(2)在农村历史教学过程方面,主要存在教学模式缺乏创新、教学手段落后、教学方法单一、课堂教学缺乏探索与实践以及教师专业成长性不足等问题;(3)在学生学习方面,主要存在着学生对历史课认识不够、学习方法单一、兴趣不浓厚等问题。导致汉台区农村历史教学中存在较大问题的主要原因有:(1)当前二元化教育体制导致教育资源分配不均衡;(2)农村地区教育投入不足;(3)学生自身的基础比较差以及学校本身对历史学科不够重视等影响因素。针对目前现状提出应对措施策略有:(1)强调在政府层面上,应该积极发挥政府职能,优化资源配置,培养新型农村教育硕士,改革教育管理体制提高教师薪酬待遇;(2)在学校层面上,应该改善学校历史教学条件,完善学校对历史教师的考核,按时足量完成历史课程教学计划;(3)在教师自身层面上,应该优化教学方法,提高教学效果;加强教师专业培训,提高自身修养等措施。通过本文的研究,不仅全面地了解到了汉台区农村初中历史教学的现状,同时为合理的制定出针对性的完善措施提供了科学的对策与建议,对于提升汉中市农村地区初中历史教学质量提供了借鉴意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of middle school education reform, strengthening rural basic education has become a key measure to promote education equity. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of rural middle school teaching has become an important prerequisite for formulating strong targeted policies. Under this background, aiming at the present situation of history teaching in rural junior middle school in Hantai District, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, designs the questionnaire from two aspects of teachers and students, and combines with interview and so on. This paper collects the data of the history teaching in Hantai District of Hanzhong City, and then makes a systematic analysis and search for the present situation of the collected questionnaire. This paper analyzes the present situation of history teaching in Hantai District of Hanzhong City from the following aspects: the importance of history teaching, the construction of teachers, the situation of students' study and the situation of classroom teaching. The results show that the main problems in rural history teaching in Hantai District are: (1) in the aspect of education system, the main problems are that the rural history teaching infrastructure is not complete, the salary of teachers is not high, and so on) in the process of rural history teaching, There are many problems such as lack of innovation in teaching mode, backward teaching methods, single teaching methods, lack of exploration and practice in classroom teaching and insufficient professional growth of teachers. The study method is single, the interest is not strong and so on question. The main reasons leading to the big problems in the history teaching in the rural areas of Hantai are: 1) the current dual education system leads to the imbalance of the distribution of educational resources 2) the lack of educational investment in rural areas and 3) the poor foundation of students themselves and their study The school itself does not pay enough attention to the subject of history and other influencing factors. In view of the present situation, some countermeasures have been put forward: (1) emphasizing that at the level of the government, we should actively give full play to the functions of the government, optimize the allocation of resources, and train a new type of master's degree in rural education. On the school level, we should improve the school history teaching conditions, perfect the school's examination of history teachers, and complete the history curriculum teaching plan in full quantity on time) on the level of teachers themselves, we should reform the educational management system and raise the teachers' salary. We should optimize the teaching method and improve the teaching effect, strengthen the teachers' professional training, improve their own cultivation and so on. Through the research of this paper, we not only fully understand the current situation of history teaching in rural junior middle schools in Hantai district, but also provide scientific countermeasures and suggestions for the reasonable formulation of targeted and perfect measures. It provides reference significance and reference value for improving the quality of history teaching in rural areas of Hanzhong City.
