山西省初中课外体育活动安全机制与保障策略研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着社会的发展,学校体育逐渐被家庭、社会以及国家所重视。伴随着体育运动的开展,安全问题成为制约学校体育工作开展的重要因素之一。学校体育运动的安全与保障机制愈发受到人们的重视。随着课外体育活动的广泛开展,学校课外体育活动中的各类安全问题无疑也成为制约体育活动开展的主要因素。本文通过对山西省初中课外体育活动安全机制与保障策略开展研究,总结影响初中课外体育活动安全的因素,构建安全机制并提出相应的保障对策。以山西省初中学生课外体育活动安全作为研究对象,调查对象主要以山西省初中学生、初中在职体育教师。本文对山西省的11个城市进行问卷发放,并分别对11个城市的城区和乡镇发放问卷,共发放学生问卷800份,教师问卷400份。本文以文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法等科研方法进行研究。对其研究结果显示:(1)从山西省初中对课外体育活动安全的认知程度来看,城区初中学生和体育教师显著高于乡镇。大部分领导认为课外体育活动是相对安全的。(2)对山西省初中近三年课外体育活动安全事故频率分析来看,初中学生课外体育活动安全不容乐观。尤其初中男生发生安全事故的次数多于女生;体育教师及学生对体育活动场地、器材及设施安全方面,通过学校类型进行对比分析,完全中学学生参加课外体育活动场地受影响明显高于所属类别是初中的学生。在器材及设施方面,学校所属类别初中和完全中学在体育器材及设施方面满足度相对不高。山西省初中课外体育活动中运动损伤主要以擦伤和扭伤为主,最易发生安全事故的项目排名前三的是:篮球、田径、足球。(3)通过分析山西省初中课外体育活动安全性与体育教师的个人情况得出:体育教师学校所属地区、性别、教龄、职称与课外体育活动安全性不存在相关性。而课外体育活动的安全性与体育教师所在学校的类别存在相关性。从课外体育活动的安全性角度来说,任职于城区学校的体育教师高于任职于乡镇的体育教师。(4)在调查影响山西省初中学生课外体育活动安全的因素:学校因素方面,体育场设施、器材存在安全隐患,管理不到位,安全教育知识普及不到位,卫生保健制度不健全。体育教师与学生安全责任意识不足。并根据研究结果提出以下建议:(1)建立健全法规条例,完善学校安全管理规章制度和保险制度,健全《学校体育安全标准》,设立相关安全机构。(2)加强校领导、体育教师及学生的安全教育,提高安全防范意识,定期对体育教师和学生进行安全教育知识培训,学习运动伤害的预防以及对一般运动损伤处理的知识。(3)加强体育教师师资投入力量,加强体育教师业务能力,对体育教师定期的进行安全防护业务能力培训,如常见运动损伤的急救处理方法。(4)加强体育器材的经费投入力度。充分保证体育活动的需要,定期检修保养体育场地设施、器材。建立良好的体育运动环境,禁止不科学和不合理的使用运动器材设施等。(5)提高学生身体素质,增加学生锻炼机会,让学生学习体育活动中的安全知识,了解体育活动中的保护措施,减少体育活动中伤害事故的发生。(6)学校做好体育伤害事故的善后处理的工作,及时护理和救助,加强学校医务的监督,完善学校医务室的设施,任用专职的医务人员,降低安全损伤程度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of society, school sports have gradually been paid attention to by the family, society and the state. With the development of sports, safety has become one of the important factors that restrict the development of school sports. The safety and security mechanism of school sports have been paid more attention by people. With the extensive development of extracurricular sports activities, All kinds of safety problems in school extracurricular sports activities are undoubtedly the main factors that restrict the development of sports activities. Through the study of the safety mechanism and safeguard strategy of extracurricular sports activities in Shanxi Province, this paper summarizes the factors that affect the safety of extracurricular sports activities in junior high school, constructs the safety mechanism and puts forward the corresponding safeguard countermeasures. The safety of extracurricular sports activities of junior middle school students in western province is the research object, the main object of the investigation is Shanxi junior high school students and junior middle school teachers. This paper issued questionnaires to 11 cities in Shanxi Province, and issued questionnaires to 11 cities and towns respectively. There were 800 questionnaires and 400 teachers' questionnaires. Research methods, such as material method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, have been studied. The results show that: (1) from the cognition degree of the safety of extracurricular sports activities in Shanxi junior middle school, the middle school students and physical education teachers in the urban area are significantly higher than those in the township. Most of the leaders think the extracurricular physical education activities are relatively safe. (2) nearly three of the junior middle school in Shanxi province. The safety accident frequency analysis of extracurricular sports activities shows that the safety of the extracurricular sports activities of junior middle school students is not optimistic. Especially, the number of junior high school boys is more than the female students; the physical education teachers and students make a comparative analysis on the safety of sports field, equipment and facilities, through the school type, and complete the secondary school students to participate in the extracurricular activities. Sports activities were significantly higher than those of junior high school students. In equipment and facilities, the content of sports equipment and facilities in schools belonging to class and complete middle school was relatively low. In extracurricular sports activities in Shanxi junior middle school, the main sports injuries were abrasions and sprains, and the most vulnerable events were safety accidents. The top three are: basketball, track and field, football. (3) through the analysis of the safety of extracurricular sports activities in Shanxi junior middle school and the personal situation of physical education teachers, it is concluded that there is no correlation between the area of the school of sports teachers, sex, teaching age, and the safety of extracurricular sports activities. And the safety of extracurricular sports activities and the school of Physical Education Teachers From the perspective of the safety of extracurricular sports activities, the physical education teachers serving in the urban schools are higher than those in the villages and towns. (4) the factors affecting the safety of the extracurricular sports activities in Shanxi junior middle school students are investigated: the school factors, the stadiums are set up, the equipment has the hidden danger of safety, the management is not in place, the safety education is not in place. The popularization of knowledge is not in place, the health care system is not sound. The safety responsibility consciousness of physical education teachers and students is insufficient. And according to the results of the research, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) establish and improve the regulations and regulations, perfect the school safety management rules and regulations and the insurance system, improve the school sports safety standards and establish the relevant security institutions. (2) strengthen the school leadership, The safety education of teachers and students, the improvement of safety awareness, the training of safety education for PE teachers and students, the prevention of sports injuries and the knowledge of the handling of general sports injuries. (3) strengthen the strength of the teachers of sports teachers, strengthen the professional ability of the PE teachers, and ensure the regular safety of the physical education teachers. Protection business ability training, such as the first aid treatment of common sports injury. (4) strengthen the investment of sports equipment, fully guarantee the needs of sports activities, repair sports facilities, equipment, set up good sports environment, prohibit unscientific and unreasonable use of sports equipment and facilities. (5) improve the student body. Quality, increase the students' training opportunities, let the students learn the safety knowledge in sports activities, understand the protection measures in sports activities, reduce the occurrence of injury accidents in sports activities. (6) the schools do a good job in the aftertreatment of sports injury accidents, timely nursing and assistance, strengthen the supervision of the school medical treatment, and improve the facilities of the school medical room.
