凉山州高中生物远程直播教学现状与对策研究

【摘要】:自2002年成都七中闻道网校成立以来,其独特的远程直播教学模式受到了教育界的广泛关注。远程直播教学作为一种新型的远程教学形式,实现了优质教育资源的共享,对我国民族地区的教育影响特别大。随着远程直播教学在民族地区的普遍应用,许多问题也凸显出来,如互动问题等,如何有效地改进远程直播教学已成为亟待解决的问题。本研究运用问卷调查、访谈调查和观察调查法,对凉山州部分远端学校的直播班学生的生物远程直播教学现状进行问卷调查,对多名生物教师和直播班学生进行深度访谈,分析出高中生物远程教学中存在的问题,这些问题主要包括:(1)生物直播课堂缺少互动;(2)学生不太适应生物远程直播教学内容;(3)远端生物教师在生物远程直播教学中的作用较低;(4)学校对远程直播教学的的管理尚不到位。通过进一步研究发现,高中生物远程直播教学出现这些问题的原因为:(1)远程直播教学本身不够完善;(2)远端学生学习生物的兴趣不高、基础薄弱、接受适应能力较差等;(3)近端生物教师很难做到“因材施教”、远端生物教师对远程直播教学的教学优势认识不足等;(4)学校对远程直播教学的管理与考核经验不足。针对高中生物远程直播教学中存在的问题,本文提出相应的对策:(1)增进远端师生、两端生物教师和学校的交流互动;(2)帮助学生尽快适应生物远程直播教学;(3)充分发挥远端教师作用;(4)增加远程直播教学投入,做好监督和管理工作。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of Wendao Network School in Chengdu No. 7 Middle School in 2002, its unique distance live teaching mode has been widely concerned by the educational circles. As a new form of distance teaching, distance broadcast teaching has realized the sharing of high quality educational resources, which has a great impact on education in minority areas of our country. With the widespread application of tele-broadcast teaching in minority areas, many problems have been highlighted, such as interactive problems, how to effectively improve the long-distance live teaching has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this study, questionnaire, interview and observation were used to investigate the current situation of the students in the direct broadcast class in some remote schools in Liangshan, and to conduct in-depth interviews with a number of biology teachers and students in the direct broadcast class. The problems in biology distance teaching in senior high school are analyzed. These problems mainly include: 1) lack of interaction in live biology classroom (2) students can not adapt to the content of biological live broadcast teaching. (3) the role of remote biology teachers in biological remote broadcasting teaching is low. 4) the management of distance broadcast teaching in schools is still not in place. Through further research, it is found that the causes of these problems are: (1) the distance broadcast teaching itself is not perfect enough. (2) the interest of remote students in learning biology is not high, and the foundation is weak. It is very difficult for the near end biology teachers to "teach according to their aptitude", and the remote biology teachers have insufficient understanding of the teaching advantages of the distance direct broadcast teaching. 4) the school has insufficient experience in the management and examination of the distance direct broadcast teaching. In view of the problems existing in the teaching of remote broadcast of biology in senior high school, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: 1) improving the distance between teachers and students. The interaction between biology teachers and schools at both ends helps students adapt to live biology teaching as soon as possible) and give full play to the role of remote teachers. (4) increase the investment in remote broadcasting teaching, and do a good job of supervision and management.
