任务驱动型初中物理学习共同体的实践研究

【摘要】:新课程改革强调以学生为本,课堂教学要以学生为中心,努力转变教学方式,培养学生合作学习和探究学习的能力。本文依据有关教学理论,并结合初中物理教学实践,就学生的自主、合作、探究学习的教学模式进行探讨,构建适应初中物理学习的“学习共同体”的学习模式。它以学生为中心,教师为主导,通过合作的形式,师生共同构建“学习共同体”,注重对学生合作学习的指导,强化学生合作学习能力培养,全面提高学生初中物理学习效率。本文结合初中物理教学实践,详细地阐述了初中物理学习共同体构建的理论基础、构建的必要性,以及构建原则。并结合物理教学实践详细论述了构建学习共同体的四个环节。其中分别对以学习共同体的形式开展预习任务、实验探究任务、习题课、课后拓展任务、综合实践任务进行了详细论述,针对不同的教学目标提供多种任务活动的模式,希望为学习共同体的学习模式提供具体的参考。最后通过实验来对任务驱动型的初中物理学习共同体进行了实证研究,一定程度上验证了它的有效性。物理学习共同体中教师与学生在共同体的各环节中的地位与作用,在课堂教学中,通过启发、引导和激励学生内在的学习共享愿景,不断完善共同体的设计与实施,创设和生成和谐、宽松和民主的教学环境,使学习团体之间相互依存、相互融合,从而构建学习共同体,提高学习效率。多年的教学实践研究表明,初中物理教学中运用学习共同体这一教学模式不仅能够使初中物理教学达到更佳的教学效果,而且还进一步转变了教师教学观念和学生学习方式,重视教师教学过程和学生学习过程与方法的经历,培养了师生共同学习、共同探究的能力和问题解决的能力,从而促进师生共同成长。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform emphasizes student-oriented, student-centered classroom teaching, try to change the teaching method, and cultivate students' ability of cooperative learning and inquiry learning. Based on the relevant teaching theory and the practice of physics teaching in junior high school, this paper probes into the teaching mode of students' autonomy, cooperation and inquiry learning, and constructs a learning model of "learning community" suitable for junior middle school physics learning. It is student-centered, teacher-led, through the form of cooperation, teachers and students jointly build "learning community", pay attention to the guidance of cooperative learning of students, strengthen the cultivation of students' cooperative learning ability, and improve the efficiency of students' physics learning in junior high school. Based on the teaching practice of junior high school physics, this paper expounds in detail the theoretical basis, necessity and principle of constructing the learning community of physics in junior high school. Combined with the physics teaching practice, this paper discusses in detail the four links of constructing the learning community. Among them, it discusses in detail the form of learning community to carry out prestudy task, experimental inquiry task, exercise class, extension task after class, comprehensive practice task, and provides a variety of task activity modes for different teaching objectives. Hope to provide specific reference for the learning model of learning community. Finally, an empirical study on the task-driven junior middle school physics learning community is carried out, which verifies its effectiveness to some extent. The position and role of teachers and students in each link of the community in the physics learning community. In classroom teaching, through enlightening, guiding and encouraging students to share their vision of learning, the design and implementation of the community are constantly improved. Creating and creating a harmonious, relaxed and democratic teaching environment, making learning groups interdependent and integrated, so as to build a learning community and improve learning efficiency. Many years of teaching practice research shows that the use of learning community in junior middle school physics teaching can not only make the junior middle school physics teaching achieve better teaching effect, but also further change the teachers' teaching concept and the students' learning mode. By attaching importance to the teaching process of teachers and the experience of students' learning process and methods, the ability of teachers and students to learn together, to explore together and to solve problems has been cultivated, thus promoting the common growth of teachers and students.
