中小学教师ICT应用能力培训绩效自评系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:教育部《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011—-2020)》中明确指出:“基础教育信息化是提高国民信息素养的基石,是教育信息化的重中之重”。而基础教育信息化绩效评估研究是是国家教育信息化战略的核心工作环节,对于基础教育信息化的发展起着非比寻常的作用,进一步开展相关的研究工作迫在眉睫,有必要将该课题作为今后教育科研的战略制高点。在这样的政策背景下,中小学教师的ICT(信息与通信技术)应用能力的提升工作将会成为今后基础教育信息化发展的一个侧重点,为此教育部动用了大量的经费和人力开展了中小学教师ICT应用能力培训工程,目的是提升我国中小学教师的ICT应用水平,使信息技术发挥促进学校教学的功效。但是,接受培训后的中小学教师其ICT应用能力是否已经提升到了预期的水平,还需要进行检验,因此我们有必要对他们参与培训的绩效进行评估。本研究依托于国家开放大学全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程项目,设计并实现了一个绩效评估系统,该系统以《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准》为设计依据,实现了用户的培训绩效自评和问卷的发布、回收、统计分析等功能。通过该系统我们可以考核中小学教师参与ICT应用能力培训的绩效,以检验他们经培训后的ICT应用能力是否达到了预期的水平。本系统所得绩效评估的结果,可以作为今后的教师信息技术应用能力培训的重要参考,也可以为相关部门制定教育信息化发展战略献计献策。本论文主要包含以下工作:(1)概述国内外基础教育信息化绩效评估的研究现状,从中获取对本系统设计和开发有用的信息;针对本系统的功能需求搜集大量相关的技术文献作为技术储备,适当地从中借鉴部分设计思路来进一步完善本系统。(2)“中小学教师ICT应用能力培训绩效自评系统”的需求分析和设计:需求分析从功能性需求分析和非功能性需求分析两方面分开阐述,系统设计方面包括系统架构设计、功能设计和数据库设计。(3)“中小学教师ICT应用能力培训绩效自评系统”的实现和应用研究:基于PHP语言和MySQL数据库的开发环境来实现本系统的功能,并在局域网环境下对本系统的功能进行测试,分析测试结果。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education's ten-year plan for the development of education informatization (2011-2020) clearly points out that "the informatization of basic education is the cornerstone of improving the national information literacy and the most important part of the education informatization". The performance evaluation of basic education informatization is the core of the national education information strategy, which plays an unusual role in the development of basic education informatization, so it is urgent to further develop the relevant research work. It is necessary to take this subject as the strategic commanding point of educational research in the future. In such a policy context, the upgrading of the ICT application ability of primary and secondary school teachers will become a focus in the development of information technology in basic education in the future. Therefore, the Ministry of Education has used a large amount of funds and manpower to develop the ICT application ability training project for primary and secondary school teachers. The purpose is to improve the application level of ICT for primary and secondary school teachers in China and to make information technology play a role in promoting school teaching. However, whether the ability of ICT application of primary and secondary school teachers after training has improved to the expected level, still needs to be tested, so we need to evaluate the performance of their participation in the training. This study is based on the National Open University National Project of improving the ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Information Technology Application. A performance evaluation system is designed and implemented. The system is based on the Information Technology Application ability Standard of Primary and Secondary School Teachers. User training performance self-evaluation and questionnaire release, recovery, statistical analysis and other functions. Through this system, we can evaluate the performance of the primary and middle school teachers participating in the ICT application ability training to test whether their ICT application ability has reached the expected level after the training. The results of the performance evaluation can be used as an important reference for the training of teachers'IT application ability in the future, and can also provide suggestions for the relevant departments to formulate the development strategy of educational information technology. This paper mainly includes the following work: 1) summarize the research status of the performance evaluation of basic education informatization at home and abroad, and obtain useful information for the design and development of the system; In view of the functional requirements of the system, a large number of related technical documents are collected as technical reserves. The requirement analysis and design of "performance evaluation system of ICT application ability training for primary and middle school teachers": requirement analysis from functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis. In order to analyze the two aspects separately, System design includes system architecture design, Function design and database design.) the realization and application research of the performance evaluation system of ICT application ability training for primary and middle school teachers: based on the development environment of PHP language and MySQL database, the function of the system is realized. The function of the system is tested in LAN environment, and the test results are analyzed.
