在高中生物学教学中渗透健康教育的研究

【摘要】:教育必须“以人为本”,必须把学生的健康放在重要位置,在此基础上才可以进行其他方面的教育和培养。目前,我们还没能摆脱应试教育带给我们的影响,中学生仍然面临着繁重的作业以及考试、升学等压力,甚至还有其它上不完的辅导班。在如此高强度的学习训练下,学校或家长对学生的健康关爱和健康教育却是极为缺乏。本文经过收集分析大量相关资料,以及深入中学实际调查研究,从高中生物课程的角度探讨了在中学生物课中渗透健康教育的必要性以及可能的实施途径。随着社会发展与人们思想认识的进步,健康概念的范围越来越大,生理、心理、社会适应性、道德、生态环境等都已纳入其中。目前,我国中学没有开设专门的健康教育课程,很多学校把学生的健康教育问题几乎全部抛给了家长,而许多家长则又把学生的健康教育全部寄托于学校。基于此现状,探索在学科教学中渗透健康教育就具有了非常重要的现实意义。生物科学以生命现象和生命活动规律为研究对象,与人的健康和健康教育的关系尤为密切,因此,在生物学教学中渗透健康教育更为必要,也更为可行。本论文通过问卷调查法和访谈法分别对本市的高中二年级部分学生和多名教师开展了关于健康教育的现状调查。通过分析,发现一半以上的高中生对健康概念的理解不全面;很多学生在饮食习惯、营养搭配、疾病预防、青春期心理调适等方面存在问题;部分学生的健康意识比较薄弱,环保意识欠缺。通过访谈,还了解到虽然教师能够主动关心学生,并发现存在于其中的健康问题,但是健康教育的效果并不理想,也没能引起学生的高度重视。而对于健康教育的态度,教师和学生则表示出了一致性,都认可在生物学课堂中渗透健康教育的设想。鉴于教师和学生的认可与期望,本文从课程内容与我国当前形势与政策的要求两方面分析了在生物学课程中渗透健康教育的必要性与合理性。然后以人教版高中生物必修教材为例归纳出了其中可进行健康教育的多个切入点,同时从导学案、教学评价等方面阐述了几种实施途径,并针对具体章节进行了案例设计与分析。最后,为更有针对性地开展健康教育,提出了几点注意事项。
[Abstract]:Education must be "people-oriented", and the health of students must be placed in an important position. Only on this basis can other aspects of education and training be carried out. At present, we have not been able to get rid of the impact of examination-oriented education, middle school students are still facing heavy homework and pressure, such as exams, entrance studies, and even other tutoring classes. In such a high intensity of learning and training, the school or parents of the students' health care and health education is extremely lacking. Through collecting and analyzing a large number of relevant data, as well as the actual investigation and research in middle schools, this paper probes into the necessity and possible implementation ways of infiltrating health education in biology course of middle school from the perspective of biology curriculum in senior high school. With the development of society and the progress of people's understanding, the scope of the concept of health has been more and more extensive, such as physiology, psychology, social adaptability, morality, ecological environment and so on. At present, there are no special health education courses in middle schools in our country. Many schools throw the students' health education problems to their parents, and many parents place their students' health education in the schools. Based on this situation, it is of great practical significance to explore the infiltration of health education in subject teaching. The biological science takes the life phenomenon and the life activity law as the research object, and has a close relation with the human health and health education, therefore, it is more necessary and feasible to infiltrate the health education in the biology teaching. The present situation of health education was investigated by questionnaires and interviews among some senior middle school students and teachers in this city. Through analysis, it is found that more than half of the high school students do not have a comprehensive understanding of the concept of health; many students have problems in eating habits, nutrition matching, disease prevention, adolescent psychological adjustment, etc. Lack of environmental awareness. Through interviews, we also know that although teachers can actively care about students and find health problems in them, the effect of health education is not ideal, nor does it attract students' attention. For the attitude of health education, teachers and students show consistency and agree with the idea of infiltrating health education in biology classroom. In view of the recognition and expectation of teachers and students, this paper analyzes the necessity and rationality of infiltrating health education in biology curriculum from the aspects of curriculum content and the requirement of current situation and policy in our country. Then, taking the compulsory teaching material of biology in senior high school as an example, this paper sums up several cut-in points for health education, and expounds several ways of implementation from the aspects of teaching plan, teaching evaluation, etc. And carried on the case design and the analysis to the specific chapter. Finally, in order to carry out health education more pertinently, some points for attention are put forward.
