延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教学开展现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】:本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,以选延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教学作为研究对象,对现状及影响因素进行调查与分析。调查内容主要包括:延吉市朝鲜族中学体育教师的师资结构、延吉市朝鲜族中学排球课程的开设、延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教学实施、延吉市朝鲜族中学排球场地器材、影响延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教学的各项因素等。通过研究得出以下结论与建议。结论:1.教师师资队伍现状来看,延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教师的整体水平较好,在年龄、学历和专业等方面能够满足学校日常教学工作,但男女体育教师比例差距较大。体育教师的整体数量偏少,师生比例较大。2.排球教学现状来看,延吉市朝鲜族中学的排球教学课时数量上基本满足日常教学需要。教师能够基本按照教案进行教学安排。在具体教学内容的选择上,侧重于排球基本动作的教学。在教学方法的选择上,运用常规教学法和合作教学法的体育教师较多。3.学生参加排球教学情况来看,延吉市朝鲜族中学的学生对于排球的喜爱程度较好。对于学校排球教学比较满意,能够在排球学习中有所收获。学生们也已经认识到排球学习对于中考体育测试的重要性,能够主动参与到排球学习中。对于体育教师的排球教学能力比较认可。4.场地器材现状来看,延吉市朝鲜族中学的排球教学场地和器材能够不能满足学校的日常教学工作,各校排球场地的材质和数量不均衡,对于未来排球教学的开展有限制影响。5.影响教学的因素来看,目前影响延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教学的相关因素较多。其中排球自身运动特点;学校领导层面的重视程度;场地器材的配套程度;学校体育教师的师生比例以及中考体育测试均对排球教学有影响作用。而中考体育测试的影响比较大。建议:1.应该加强对体育教师的培养力度。建立科学合理的体育教师补充机制,从年龄、学历和专业等角度考查体育教师综合素质,大力招聘女性体育教师来改善性别比例失调现状。扩大体育教师的数量,降低师生比例。以改变体育教师工作量大的现实问题,改善排球教学效果。2.应该鼓励体育教师增强创新精神和实践能力,在日常排球教学实践中找到适合学生的教学内容,既可以激发学生学习排球的兴趣又可以将排球教学的大纲内容加以良好的贯彻执行。在教学方法中,应该鼓励体育教师改变传统的教学方法,增加贴合学生需求的教学方法,变死板、常规的课堂为灵活、生动的课堂,从而增强教学的效果。3.应该从根源上培养学生对于排球运动的认知和理解,不仅是依靠中考体育的引导和带领,更要在日常学习过程中积极的引导学生主动学习排球,鼓励学生参与到排球运动中去,鼓励男生多参与排球运动。4.应该加强对于排球运动场地和器材的建设和维护,从源头上保证排球运动的顺利实施,对排球日常教学工作做到良好的支持,既要保证学生的日常教学需要,又要满足学生对于排球运动的发展需求。5.针对于影响排球教学的众多因素,应该从源头上对于相关因素进行把握和改变,要重点重视中考体育测试的影响,从而真正促进延吉市朝鲜族中学排球教学的发展。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and logical analysis are used to choose the volleyball teaching of Korean Middle School in Yanji as the research object. The present situation and the influencing factors are investigated and analyzed. The main contents are as follows: the structure of teachers in Yanji Korean middle school sports teachers, the row of Korean Middle School in Yanji The opening of the ball course, the implementation of the volleyball teaching in Yanji Korean middle school, the equipment of the Yanji Korean middle school volleyball field, and the factors affecting the volleyball teaching in Yanji Korean middle school. Through the study, the following conclusions and suggestions are obtained.
