初中生时政教育的功能研究

【摘要】:学校的德育教育是系统性工程,各科老师都有责任对学生进行德育教育。中学德育工作可以分为思想教育、政治教育、品德教育、纪律教育、法制教育和心理教育等六大主要内容。由于种种原因,我国的学校德育教育普遍针对性不强,德育教育工作者的专业水平和德育工作的实效有待提高。时政教育,又称时事政策教育,或者形势和政策教育,是使学生正确认识和分析近段时间国内外发生的重大事件,提高贯彻、宣传和执行党的路线、方针、政策的自觉性的教育,是德育的内容之一。初中的时政教育具有时效性强、内容广泛性、教育性、教学方法多样性、教学对象特殊性等特点。在时政教育中渗透德育教育,找准时政事件与书本知识结合点,运用灵活生动的时政教育方法,能迎合初中生的心理特点、激发学生的学习兴趣,从而增强整个学校德育工作的成效。此乃时政教育的一个突出功能,而这个也正是本文创新之处。笔者结合了自身多年的时政教育经验,在梳理核心概念和已有研究成果之后,从“政策依据”、“理论支持”、“实际教育效果”这三个角度阐述了时政教育能够发挥德育功能;结合教育教学工作的实际情况,探讨了教师在时政教育中渗透德育教育的对策;总结了时政教育发挥德育功能对学生和教师的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Moral education in schools is a systematic project, and teachers have the responsibility to carry out moral education for students. Moral education in middle schools can be divided into six main contents: ideological education, political education, moral education, discipline education, legal education and psychological education. Due to various reasons, moral education in schools in our country is generally not targeted strongly, and the professional level of moral education workers and the actual effect of moral education work need to be improved. Current political education, also known as current affairs and policy education, or situation and policy education, is to enable students to correctly understand and analyse major events that have taken place at home and abroad in recent times, and to enhance the implementation, propaganda and implementation of the Party's line and principles. The self-consciousness education of policy is one of the contents of moral education. The current politics education in junior high school has the characteristics of strong timeliness, extensive content, education, diversity of teaching methods, particularity of teaching objects and so on. In the education of current politics, moral education is infiltrated, the combination of current political events and book knowledge is found, and the flexible and vivid methods of current political education can meet the psychological characteristics of junior high school students and stimulate students' interest in learning. So as to enhance the effectiveness of the whole school moral education. This is a prominent function of political education, and this is the innovation of this article. After combing the core concepts and the existing research results, the author combines his own experience of political education for many years, from the "policy basis", "theoretical support", From the three angles of "actual educational effect", this paper expounds that current political education can play a moral education function, and probes into the countermeasures of teachers' infiltration of moral education in current political education, combining with the actual situation of educational and teaching work. This paper summarizes the practical significance of political education to students and teachers.
