思想品德教师课堂教学反思研究

【摘要】:教学反思是教师对自身的教学实践进行审视、批判和思索的活动。在新一轮课程改革的倡始下,教学反思的重要性已经得到教育界和学术界的广泛关注和普遍认可。思想品德课作为一门以学生道德发展为根本目的的德育课程,被时代赋予更高的要求。思想品德教师只有不断对自身的教育理念、知识系统、教学方法、教学效果等进行批判性思考,才能不断提高自身的反思能力,实现自身的专业化发展。课堂教学反思对思想品德课教师有着重要的意义。首先,有助于实现思想品德教师的专业化发展。其次,有助于提高思想品德课课堂教学的实效性。再次,有助于培养学生的批判精神和创新精神。首先,第一部分确立了选题的依据和意义,并对国内外教学反思相关文献进行了整理和综述,在此基础上确立了本研究的立足点,并选定了研究思路和方法。其次,在第一部分的基础上对反思、教学反思、思想品德课堂教学反思的内涵做了界定,并分析了思想品德课堂教学反思的特点、内容和方法。第三部分主要呈现初任思想品德教师、成熟型思想品德教师、专家型思想品德教师一节课的课堂教学反思案例。第四部分主要通过对不同层次思想品德教师一节课课堂教学反思案例进行比较分析,发现不同层次思想品德教师在反思的关注点、反思的理论基础以及反思的方法上都存在差异。第五部分主要提出今后思想品德课堂教学反思需要注意的事项。首先,思想品德教师对课堂教学反思重要性的认识需要不断提高。其次,教学反思内容的深度以及广度需要不断拓展。再次,思想品德教师课堂教学反思的方法需要根据教师所处的层次灵活运用。课堂教学反思是思想品德教师实现自身专业化发展、提高课堂教学实效性以及学生批判性思维与创新动力培养的关键性因素和有效途径。因此,思想品德教师要高度重视教学反思对自身发展及其学生发展的重要意义。
[Abstract]:Teaching reflection is a kind of activity for teachers to examine, criticize and think about their own teaching practice. In the new round of curriculum reform, the importance of teaching reflection has been widely concerned and generally recognized by the educational and academic circles. As a moral education course with the students' moral development as its basic purpose, the ideological and moral course has been given higher requirements by the times. Only by constantly critical thinking about their own educational ideas, knowledge systems, teaching methods and teaching effects, can ideological and moral teachers continuously improve their reflective ability and realize their own professional development. The reflection of classroom teaching is of great significance to the teachers of ideological and moral education. First of all, help to achieve the professional development of ideological and moral teachers. Secondly, it helps to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral class teaching. Thirdly, it is helpful to cultivate the students' spirit of criticism and innovation. First of all, the first part establishes the basis and significance of the topic, and summarizes the relevant literature on teaching reflection at home and abroad. On this basis, it establishes the foothold of this study, and selects the research ideas and methods. Secondly, on the basis of the first part, it defines the connotation of reflection, teaching reflection and ideological and moral character classroom teaching reflection, and analyzes the characteristics, contents and methods of ideological and moral character classroom teaching reflection. The third part mainly presents the case of classroom teaching introspection of new moral teachers, mature moral teachers and expert moral teachers. The fourth part mainly through the different levels of ideological and moral teachers a class of classroom teaching reflection case analysis, found that different levels of ideological and moral teachers in the reflection of the focus. There are differences in the theoretical basis and methods of reflection. The fifth part mainly puts forward the matters needing attention in the reflection of ideological and moral teaching in the future. First of all, ideological and moral teachers need to improve their understanding of the importance of classroom teaching reflection. Secondly, the depth and breadth of teaching reflection need to be continuously expanded. Thirdly, the methods of reflection in classroom teaching of ideological and moral teachers need to be used flexibly according to their level. Classroom teaching reflection is the key factor and effective way for ideological and moral teachers to realize their own professional development, to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and to cultivate students' critical thinking and innovative motivation. Therefore, ideological and moral teachers should attach great importance to the importance of teaching reflection on their own development and students' development.
