浅谈如何做好学校德育工作

【摘要】：正学校是人才成长的基石和摇篮,而德育工作是学校工作的灵魂。我国义务教育阶段的中小学生的品德行为处在"质"的变化过程中,可塑性强,只要正确地引导,就能促进学生的"质"向健康的方向发展,反之,如果在德育的某一环节上出现偏差,则将使学生的"质"向不良的方向发展。中小学生的思想道德素质不仅是现代精神文明的体现,也决定着我国未来的社会面貌和民族精神。当今世界的竞争是科学技术的竞争和民族素质的竞争,所以,德育具有重要的奠基意义。本文基于德育教育工作的意义,浅谈如何做好学校德育工作。
[Abstract]:School is the cornerstone and cradle of talent growth, and moral education is the soul of school work. The moral character behavior of the primary and middle school students in the compulsory education stage in our country is in the process of "quality" change, the plasticity is strong, so long as the correct guidance, can promote the student's "quality" to the healthy direction development, conversely, If there is a deviation in a link of moral education, the quality of students will develop in a bad direction. The ideological and moral quality of primary and middle school students is not only the embodiment of modern spiritual civilization, but also determines the future social outlook and national spirit of our country. Nowadays, the competition in the world is the competition of science and technology and the competition of national quality. Therefore, moral education has important foundation significance. Based on the significance of moral education, this paper discusses how to do well in school moral education.
