初中信息技术教材体系构建

【摘要】：随着信息社会的到来,信息素养已然成为人类生存的必备能力之一。学校是培养学生信息素养的重要场所,信息技术作为一门培养中小学生信息素养的学科已经在各中小学广泛开设。近年来,信息技术教育在我国越来越受到重视,教育行政部门先后颁发了多项政策文件,在这些文件指导下,信息技术教材出现“一纲多本”但缺乏特色及适切性的现象日益突出。但是我国地域辽阔,人口众多,地区差异性显著,经济水平和教育水平参差不齐,各地区的教育经费投入、基础设施、师资力量水平及学生起点能力均存在较大差异。在此背景下,如何根据国家文件、区域差异和学生水平差异构建教材体系,为初中信息技术教材的设计开发奠定基础成为十分值得研究的课题。研究围绕五个部分展开,第一部分,通过查阅大量文献,了解国内外关于初中信息技术教材的研究现状及研究热点;第二部分,通过问卷及访谈调查的方式了解初中信息技术教材使用现状及使用过程中遇到的问题;第三部分,通过对《中小学信息技术课程指导纲要(试行)》及《初中信息技术新课程标准》等文件的研读,理清初中信息技术课程的目标、性质、内容及课程设计思路;第四部分,选取教育类教材出版影响较大的清华大学出版社、人民教育出版社、上海科技教育出版社、浙江教育出版社及教育科学出版社五家出版社出版的初中信息技术教材进行对比研究,从知识点分布、教材栏目编排、教材配套资源、教材逻辑体系及教材适用区域五个方面进行;第五部分,基于国家文件和有关理论,结合教材使用现状及初中生身心发展特点构建出“二起点三目标四维度”的初中信息技术教材体系,为教材的选取及教材的设计开发提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of information society, information literacy has become one of the necessary abilities for human survival. School is an important place to cultivate students' information literacy, information technology as a subject to cultivate the information literacy of primary and middle school students has been widely opened in all primary and secondary schools. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to information technology education in China. The educational administration has successively issued a number of policy documents under the guidance of these documents. The phenomenon of "one program and more books" in information technology teaching materials is increasingly prominent. However, China has a vast territory, a large population, significant regional differences, uneven economic level and education level, education funding investment, infrastructure, teacher strength level and students' ability to start from big differences. Under this background, how to construct the teaching material system according to the national documents, regional differences and student level differences, so as to lay a foundation for the design and development of junior high school information technology teaching materials has become a topic worthy of study. The research revolves around five parts, the first part, through consulting a large number of literature, to understand the domestic and foreign research on junior high school information technology teaching materials and research hot spots; part two, Through questionnaires and interviews to understand the use of junior high school information technology textbooks and the use of the problems encountered in the process; part three, Through the reading of the "Information Technology Curriculum guidance Program for Primary and Middle Schools (trial)" and "the New Curriculum Standards for Information Technology in Junior Middle Schools", the paper clarifies the objectives, nature, content and course design ideas of the information technology curriculum in junior high school. Choose Tsinghua University Press, the people's Education Press, Shanghai Science and Technology Education Publishing House, which have a great influence on the publication of educational textbooks, The junior high school information technology textbooks published by Zhejiang Education Publishing House and five Education Science Publishing House are compared and studied, from the distribution of knowledge points, the column arrangement of teaching materials, and the matching resources of teaching materials, The fifth part is based on the national documents and relevant theories. According to the current situation of teaching material use and the characteristics of junior high school students' physical and mental development, this paper constructs a junior high school information technology textbook system of "two starting points, three goals and four dimensions", which provides a reference for the selection of teaching materials and the design and development of teaching materials.
