初中生作息时间问题的对策研究

【摘要】:时间是客观存在的,且对每个人来说都很宝贵,尤其是对于正处在生理发育期和心理转折期的初中生,怎样合理安排和利用作息时间,怎样有效地进行时间管理,从而提高自己的学习效率和身心健康是相当必要的。目前,学生课业负担重,学校的课时安排紧凑,大部分学生无法合理安排和利用作息时间,导致夜间睡眠时间的短缺,学生在第二天上课时无法集中注意力、学习效率降低,甚至还出现上课睡觉的不良学习行为,这一现象的出现与现行的学校教育管理体制有直接的关系。所以,调控学校的作息时间和学生的个人时间管理能力是相当必要的。但是基于前人对时间管理的研究大多数都集中在企业和行政管理领域中,而对于教育方面的时间管理研究相对较少,且对学生作息时间的研究大多集中在理论层面。基于此,本文主要通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法,对478名初中生作息时间问题进行问卷调查,尝试讨论初中生作息时间产生了哪些问题,分析成因,并提出相应的建议。这不仅有利用于学生的身心发展,也有利于完善学校的日常管理,具有一定的研究意义和现实意义。通过讨论和分析,本研究得出如下结论:(1)学校作息时间安排不够合理,不符合初中生身心发展需要,主要表现在学生早出晚归、在校学习时间长、作业时间长、睡眠不充足等;(2)初中生能认识到时间管理的重要性,并能从可控时间中体验到积极情绪,但对目前的作息时间满意度偏低,希望得到改善;(3)初中生占有的可控作息时间本身较少,且被学校、教师、家长不同程度地占有,具体表现有:学生在校的不可控时间占有量较高,内容较为单调,主要就是课堂学习活动;教师严重占据了学生的大部分可控作息时间;家长经常在学生的可控作息时间里安排各种补课班或辅导班;(4)初中生作息时间管理倾向水平一般。提出相应建议:(1)学校要实行人本管理,正确对待教师评价机制,增强对学生作息时间的科学管理、指导和关注。(2)教师要多与学生沟通交流,转变"以成绩为导向"的教学观念,形成"以学生为中心"的教育模式,不占用学生的可控作息时间,尊重学生自我成长的需要。(3)家长要摒弃自我意志的强加,树立正确的教育观念,科学地、适度地、有效地指导和监督孩子的课余时间管理。(4)学生要认真对待在校课堂学习时间,保证学习效率,合理规划和利用可控作息时间,培养自身兴趣,学会借助多种渠道提高时间管理能力。
[Abstract]:Time exists objectively, and it is very valuable to everyone, especially for junior high school students who are in the period of physiological development and psychological transition, how to arrange and make use of the time and how to manage it effectively. In order to improve their learning efficiency and physical and mental health is quite necessary. At present, students have a heavy workload and a tight schedule of school hours. Most students are unable to arrange and make use of their rest time reasonably. As a result, they are short of sleep at night, and students are unable to concentrate on their classes the next day, and their learning efficiency is reduced. There is even bad learning behavior in class and sleep, which is directly related to the current school education management system. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate the school time and students' personal time management ability. However, most of the previous researches on time management are concentrated in the field of enterprise and administration, while the research on time management in education is relatively few, and the research on the time of students is mostly focused on the theoretical level. Based on this, this article mainly through the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview investigation method, carries on the questionnaire survey to 478 junior high school students' rest time question, tries to discuss what the junior high school student's rest time has produced, analyzes the cause of formation. And put forward the corresponding suggestions. This not only makes use of the students' physical and mental development, but also helps to perfect the daily management of the school, which has certain research significance and practical significance. Through discussion and analysis, this study draws the following conclusions: (1) the school schedule is not reasonable and does not meet the needs of junior high school students' physical and mental development. It is mainly manifested in the early appearance and late return of students, the long study time in school and the long working time. Junior high school students can realize the importance of time management and can experience positive emotions from controllable time, but their satisfaction with the rest time is low. The junior high school students have less controllable rest time and are occupied by schools, teachers and parents to varying degrees. The concrete manifestations are: the students have a higher amount of uncontrollable time in school, and the content is more monotonous. It is mainly classroom learning activities; teachers seriously occupy most of the controllable rest time of students; parents often arrange various supplementary classes or tutoring classes in the controlled rest time of students. The author puts forward some corresponding suggestions: (1) the school should carry out human-oriented management, treat teachers' evaluation mechanism correctly, strengthen the scientific management of students' daily time, guide and pay close attention to students' communication and exchange, and change the teaching concept of "performance-oriented". To form a "student-centered" education model, which does not occupy the students' controllable rest and time, and respects the needs of students' self-growth, parents should abandon the imposition of their own will, establish a correct educational concept, and scientifically and moderately, Effective guidance and supervision of children's after-school time management. (4) students should take the classroom study time seriously, ensure the learning efficiency, reasonably plan and use the controllable rest time, and cultivate their own interest. Learn to use a variety of channels to improve the ability of time management.
