王君青春语文教学智慧研究

【摘要】:智慧是一种心理素质和运筹能力,语文教学需要智慧。如今语文教学“少慢差费”(内容少、进度慢、效果差、费时多)问题未能从根本上得以解决,语文课堂仍存在教师灌输、学生无趣的现象,这就急需教师为语文教学注入智慧的活水;语文工具性与人文性相统一的学科特质要求教师要具备教学智慧;新一轮基础教育课程改革在全国范围内深入实施与开展的同时也产生了一些问题,就需要教师发挥教学智慧克服难题,故语文教师教学智慧的重要性便越发突显起来;教师走向专业成长成熟的一个显著标志就是拥有教学智慧,语文教学智慧的养成有利于教师职业幸福感的获得和生命意义的实现。全国中学语文界名师王君在长期的中学语文教学实践和语文教育教学研究中,首倡“青春语文”教育教学理念,形成了自己独特的语文教学智慧——青春语文教学智慧。本论文以王君青春语文教学智慧为研究对象,主要采用文献法、访谈法、观察法、课例研究法等方法,立足于新课程理念和王君老师的青春语文观。全文由引言、正文、结语三部分构成,正文部分由4个章节组成。引言主要阐述本研究的缘起、目的与意义、文献综述、思路与方法、重点、难点、创新之处等相关问题。第一章诠释青春语文教学智慧。通过对智慧概念的理解来解读教学智慧的内涵;由概述王君的青春语文观,进而对青春语文教学智慧的内涵和特征加以阐释。第二章阐述王君青春语文教学智慧的理论基础。主要从“三生”教育理论、多元智能理论这两种理论入手为青春语文教学智慧的生成提供一定的理论支撑。第三章结合教学案例分析王君老师在语文教学实践中凝结的教学智慧。这是全文的重点。重在从青春语文教学之智和青春语文教学之慧两个层面剖析王君青春语文教学智慧的实践探索。第四章思考王君青春语文教学智慧带来的启示。重在思考王君青春语文教学智慧在实践过程中的价值意义和局限所在。这是本文的又一创新之处。结语对本文的论点和结果进行归纳和总结,表明对王君青春语文教学智慧进行研究的意义。本研究企望为改善语文教学和扩大语文教学论研究视域提供一定的理论依据,希图鼓励广大语文教师学习王君老师的青春语文教学智慧并生成自己的语文教学智慧,但要避免在语文教学实践中作秀化、泛人文化等不良现象的出现,而是进行有针对性的提升和完善,旨在引领一线教师专业成长,促进师生生命主体的共同发展,从而为中学语文教师和语文教育教学实践提供借鉴和指导。
[Abstract]:Wisdom is a kind of psychological quality and operational ability, Chinese teaching needs wisdom. Nowadays, the problem of "less slow difference fee" (less content, slower progress, worse effect and more time spent) in Chinese teaching has not been solved fundamentally, and there is still the phenomenon of teachers inculcating in Chinese classroom and students being bored. It is urgent for teachers to inject the living water of wisdom into Chinese teaching, and the unity of Chinese instrumentality and humanism requires teachers to have teaching wisdom. A new round of basic education curriculum reform in the national implementation of in-depth implementation and development of some problems, the need for teachers to play the teaching wisdom to overcome the difficulties, so the importance of Chinese teachers teaching wisdom has become more and more prominent; A remarkable sign of teachers' professional growth and maturity is the possession of teaching wisdom. The cultivation of Chinese teaching wisdom is conducive to the acquisition of teachers' professional well-being and the realization of the significance of life. In the long term Chinese teaching practice and Chinese teaching research in middle school, Wang Jun, a famous teacher in middle school, initiated the teaching idea of "youth Chinese", and formed his own unique wisdom of Chinese teaching-the wisdom of young Chinese teaching. This paper takes the wisdom of Wang Jun youth Chinese teaching as the research object, mainly adopts the methods of literature, interview, observation, case study and so on. It is based on the new curriculum idea and Wang Jun teacher's view of youth Chinese. The full text is composed of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion, and the text is composed of four chapters. The introduction mainly describes the origin, purpose and significance of this study, literature review, ideas and methods, key points, difficulties, innovations and other related issues. The first chapter explains the wisdom of youth Chinese teaching. This paper interprets the connotation of teaching wisdom through the understanding of the concept of wisdom, and explains the connotation and characteristics of teaching wisdom of youth Chinese by summarizing Wang Jun's concept of youth Chinese. The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of Wang Jun youth Chinese teaching wisdom. Starting with the educational theory of "three students" and the theory of multiple intelligences, this paper provides some theoretical support for the generation of the wisdom of youth Chinese teaching. The third chapter combines the teaching case to analyze Wang Jun teacher's teaching wisdom in Chinese teaching practice. This is the main point of the full text. It is important to analyze the practical exploration of the wisdom of Wang Jun's youth Chinese teaching from two aspects: the wisdom of the youth Chinese teaching and the wisdom of the youth Chinese teaching. The fourth chapter ponders the enlightenment brought by the wisdom of Wang Jun youth Chinese teaching. It is important to think about the value significance and limitation of Wang Jun's youth Chinese teaching wisdom in the process of practice. This is another innovation of this paper. The conclusion sums up and summarizes the arguments and results of this paper, and shows the significance of the study on the wisdom of Wang Jun's youth Chinese teaching. The purpose of this study is to provide some theoretical basis for improving Chinese teaching and expanding the research horizon of Chinese teaching theory, hoping to encourage Chinese teachers to learn the wisdom of young Chinese teaching of Wang Jun teachers and to generate their own wisdom in Chinese teaching. However, in order to avoid the appearance of such undesirable phenomena as showmanship and pan-human culture in Chinese teaching practice, we should promote and improve the professional development of teachers and students, so as to promote the common development of teachers and students. So as to provide reference and guidance for middle school Chinese teachers and Chinese teaching practice.
