高中物理“一体化教学案”的编写和应用研究

【摘要】:为力求广大一线教师的交流沟通富有成效,把教师的沟通和交流进一步发展成教研成果,落到实处,笔者所在的长沙麓山国际实验学校开展了初高中各科的“一体化教学案”的编写。笔者积极参与了学校的“高中物理一体化教学案”的编写,并将“高中物理一体化教学案”成果用于教学实际。本文基于一线教学实际,结合高中学生的学习认知能力,在贯彻《普通高中新课程标准》的教学改革精神基础上,提出了一种新颖的教师备课方式-------一体化教学案,又称“三件套。”文章首先对现行的高中物理教师备课方式所存在的问题进行了阐述,进而提出“一体化教学案”的基本概念和组成。其次,文章通过对“一体化教学案”的各组成部分逐一分析,提出了“教案”“流程性检测单”“课件”的特点和编写方式,同时以样本加以佐证,全面的展示出高中物理一体化教学案的结构和要素,在“三件套”编写过程中突出教案、流程检测单和课件的特点,如何通过三者的编写突出“一体化”。最后通过调查分析法、数据分析法等研究方法进行检验,得出“一体化教学”的实际效果,从而不断的更新观念,完善编写方式,让一体化教学案成为适合学生学习实际和教师教学需要的研究成果。“一体化教学案”的意义在于:一方面,教学案的编写过程需要全体一线教师的参与,它有望成为各学校教研活动的主要沟通平台,通过教学案的编写、修改、反馈,可以有效的指导一线教师的教学活动,集中各学校一线教师的智慧用于教学实践,学校的“集体备课”就不会流于形式。另一方面,“一体化”规范了教师的教学基本框架,教案的编写本身集成了教学的流程和教学基本手段,减少了一线教师的教学随意性,有利于保证基本的教育教学质量,“流程性检测单”主要承担教学反馈的功能,通过流程性检测,可以探明学生的学习效果,更可以探明教师的教学效果。“课件”的功能主要体现在辅助教学上,课件在知识上与教案配合,在教学反馈上与流程性检测单配合,一体化教学案的“三件套”互成一体,发挥整体效应,对提高教学效果有较好的助力。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve fruitful communication and communication among teachers at the front line, teachers' communication and communication should be further developed into teaching and research achievements and put into practice. The International Experimental School of Changsha Mountain, where the author is located, has developed the "Integrated Teaching Plan" for all subjects of junior high school. The author took an active part in the compilation of the Senior High School Physics Integration Teaching Plan, and applied the results of the Senior High School Physics Integration Teaching Plan to the teaching practice. Based on the reality of first-line teaching, combined with the students' learning and cognition ability, and on the basis of carrying out the spirit of teaching reform of the New Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School, this paper puts forward a new teaching plan for teachers, that is, integrated teaching method. Also known as "three sets." At first, the paper expounds the problems existing in the current high school physics teachers' lesson preparation, and then puts forward the basic concept and composition of the "integrated teaching plan". Secondly, by analyzing the components of "integrated teaching plan" one by one, the article puts forward the characteristics and writing methods of "teaching plan", "flow test sheet" and "courseware", which are supported by samples. It comprehensively shows the structure and elements of the integrated teaching plan of physics in senior high school, highlights the characteristics of teaching plan, flow check sheet and courseware in the process of compiling "three pieces set", and how to highlight "integration" through the compilation of three pieces. Finally, through investigation and analysis, data analysis and other research methods to test, get the actual effect of "integrated teaching", so as to constantly update the concept, improve the way of writing, Let the integrated teaching plan become the research result suitable for the students' learning practice and the teachers' teaching needs. The significance of "integrated teaching plan" lies in: on the one hand, the writing process of teaching plan needs the participation of all teachers, and it is expected to become the main communication platform of teaching and research activities in various schools, through the preparation, modification and feedback of teaching plan. It can effectively guide the teaching activities of front-line teachers, concentrate the wisdom of first-line teachers in each school for teaching practice, and the "collective preparation of lessons" in schools will not be a mere formality. On the other hand, "integration" standardizes the basic framework of teachers' teaching, and the preparation of teaching plan itself integrates the teaching process and the basic means of teaching, reduces the teaching randomness of front-line teachers, and is conducive to ensuring the basic quality of education and teaching. The "flow test sheet" mainly undertakes the function of teaching feedback. Through the flow test, the students' learning effect can be proved, and the teacher's teaching effect can be proved. The function of Courseware is mainly embodied in the auxiliary teaching, the courseware cooperates with the teaching plan in the knowledge, the teaching feedback with the flow test single, the "three pieces set" of the integrative teaching case in one body, giving play to the whole effect. It is helpful to improve the teaching effect.
