农村寄宿制学校学生成长问题研究

【摘要】:目前,我国经济社会的发展正处于一个新的历史起点上,为了实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”,党和政府明确提出了“科教兴国”、“人才强国”等战略,把教育放在一个重要地位。在这样的时代大背景下,人才成为关键资源,青少年一代是国家未来的接班人,因此,关注学生成长显得尤为重要。农村寄宿制学校作为培养学生的特殊形式,吸引了各界关注。寄宿制学校起源于英国公学,有着悠久的办学历史。在我国,农村寄宿制学校随着2001年国家“撤点并校”政策的出台迅速发展开来,在“寄宿热”的同时,寄宿制学校也暴露出了诸多弊端,寄宿生的成长越来越引发社会各界的关注。农村寄宿制学校是学校中的特殊存在,它们既不同于走读式学校,又不同于城市里的学校。一方面,学生住在校内,承担着与家人空间上的阻隔;另一方面,因农村较为落后的经济条件,学校的发展又承受着财政紧缺的压力。农村寄宿制学校是一把“双刃剑”,它可以培养学生的独立自主能力、人际交往能力、集体主义意识,但也容易造成学生和家长的情感疏离、弱化学生与社会的交流、阻碍学生的个性发展。采用访谈法对农村寄宿制学校进行深入研究,发现当前学生成长中的现存问题主要包括安全问题突出、身心发展不良、课业负担较重、品德发展受阻四个方面。造成这些问题的原因在于寄宿生的情感关怀被忽视、传统教育体制的偏颇和师资力量的不足。为了促进寄宿生的全面发展,可采取以下四点建议。第一,唤醒教师“替代父母”的意识,对学生的关心从控制走向关怀、从当下走向未来、从规定走向生成。第二,完善学校教育体制,开设安全教育课程、组织课外活动、注重学生的情感发展。第三,加强教师队伍建设,完善教师结构、提高生活教师的专业化水平、注重对教师的培训考核。第四,改善学校环境,完善基础设施建设、加强安全管理、共创和谐校园。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of our country's economy and society is on a new historical starting point. In order to realize the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the party and the government have clearly put forward the strategy of "invigorating the country by science and education", "talent power" and so on, and put education in an important position. In this context, the talents become the key resources and teenagers. The first generation is the successor of the country's future. Therefore, it is particularly important to pay attention to the growth of the students. The rural boarding schools, as a special form of training students, attract the attention of all walks of life. The boarding school originated from the British public school and has a long history of running a school. In China, the rural boarding schools are "withdrawing point and school" policy in 2001. At the same time, in the "boarding heat", the boarding school has also exposed many disadvantages. The growth of boarding students has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. The rural boarding school is a special existence in the school, which is different from the school and the school in the city. On the one hand, the students live in the school and live in the school. On the other hand, because of the backward economic conditions in the countryside, the development of the school is under the pressure of financial shortage. The rural boarding school is a "double-edged sword". It can cultivate the students' independent, interpersonal and collectivism consciousness, but it also easily causes the students and their parents' feelings. A sense of alienation, weakening the communication between students and society and hindering the development of the students' personality. Through an in-depth study of the rural boarding schools by interview method, it is found that the existing problems in the current growth of students mainly include four aspects: outstanding security problems, poor physical and mental development, heavy burden of schoolwork, and the hindrance of the development of moral ethics. In order to promote the overall development of the boarding students, the following four suggestions can be taken for the neglect of the emotional care of the boarding students, the bias of the traditional educational system and the shortage of teachers. First, the consciousness of the teacher's "substitute parents" is awakened, the care of the students' care from control to the care, from the present to the future, from the regulations to the generation, and the second, perfected. School education system, set up safety education courses, organize extracurricular activities, pay attention to the emotional development of students. Third, strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the structure of teachers, improve the professional level of teachers, pay attention to the assessment of teachers' training. Fourth, improve the school environment, improve the construction of infrastructure, strengthen safety management and create a harmonious campus.
