师生关系对初中语文教学中学生参与的影响研究

【摘要】:学生参与反映了学生在学习活动中认知、情感和行为的投入状态,是衡量学生学习质量的一个重要指标,也是影响教学效果的重要因素。师生关系是教学中一对最基本、最重要的关系,它贯穿于教学活动的整个过程,会对学生参与产生影响。本研究以语文学科为切入点,旨在了解师生关系和学生参与的基本情况,探讨师生关系对学生参与的影响。本研究选取忻州地区1559名初中生作为研究对象,综合采用问卷调查法和访谈法,考察了师生关系和学生参与的特点以及两者之间的关系,得出以下结论:1.初中生与语文教师的关系类型可以划分为亲密型、一般型和冲突型。这三种类型所占比例从高到低依次为一般型、亲密型和冲突型;师生关系存在显著的性别差异,女生与语文老师的关系优于男生;师生关系也存在显著的年级差异,随着年级的升高,师生关系的质量呈下降趋势。2.初中生在语文教学中的参与总体处于积极状态。学生情感参与和行为参与的程度较高,深层次认知参与的程度较低;学生参与存在显著的性别差异,女生参与的程度高于男生;学生参与也存在显著的年级差异,学生参与的程度随着年级的升高而降低。3.师生关系的亲密性、满意度、支持性三个维度与学生积极的情感参与、行为参与、深层次的认知参与显著正相关,与学生消极的情感参与和浅层次的认知参与显著负相关;师生关系的冲突性维度与积极的情感参与、行为参与、深层次的认知参与显著负相关,与学生消极的情感参与和浅层次的认知参与显著正相关。4.师生关系对学生参与具有显著的预测作用。处于亲密型师生关系中的学生的参与程度显著高于一般型和冲突型的学生。
[Abstract]:Student participation reflects the input state of students' cognition, emotion and behavior in learning activities. It is an important index to measure the students' learning quality and an important factor to affect the teaching effect. Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important relationship in teaching. It runs through the whole process of teaching activities and will have an impact on students' participation. The purpose of this study is to understand the basic situation of teacher-student relationship and student participation, and to explore the influence of teacher-student relationship on student participation. In this study, 1559 junior high school students in Xinzhou area were selected as the research objects. The characteristics of teacher-student relationship, student participation and the relationship between them were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The relationship between junior high school students and Chinese teachers can be divided into intimate type, general type and conflict type. The proportion of these three types from high to low is general type, intimate type and conflict type; there are significant gender differences in teacher-student relationship, the relationship between girls and Chinese teachers is better than that of boys, and there is also significant grade difference in teacher-student relationship. With the increase of grade, the quality of teacher-student relationship shows a downward trend. Junior high school students' participation in Chinese teaching is generally in a positive state. The degree of students' participation in emotion and behavior is higher, and the degree of deep cognitive participation is lower; there are significant gender differences in students' participation, the degree of female students' participation is higher than that of boys, and there is also significant grade difference in students' participation. The degree of student participation decreased with the increase of grade. 3. The three dimensions of teacher-student relationship, such as intimacy, satisfaction and support, have significant positive correlation with students' active emotional participation, behavioral participation, deep cognitive participation, negative correlation with students' negative emotional participation and superficial cognitive participation. The conflict dimension of teacher-student relationship is negatively correlated with positive emotional participation, behavioral participation, deep cognitive participation, and positively correlated with students' negative emotional participation and superficial cognitive participation. Teacher-student relationship has a significant predictive effect on student participation. The participation of students in intimate teacher-student relationship was significantly higher than that of general and conflict students.
