【摘要】：《新课程标准》指出,在高中阶段,思想政治课是以社会发展为背景培养学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的基础学科。高中思想政治课程的教学管理,是该学科教育教学质量水平得以长效增长和健康发展的最基本保障。信息技术的高速发展使整个社会刷新了整个社会的思想观念,也改变了现阶段教师教学和学生学习的大环境,教与学的方式已经发生了巨大的变革。同时,随着现代化进程不断加速,整个社会的道德体系、价值体系、法制体系也在不断更新健全,教学内容在人们的社会实践活动的推动下不断更新,因此,作为保障机制的教育教学管理体系也应该得到相应的发展和完善。当前,高中思想政治课教育教学管理,以教学目标管理、教学环节管理、教学事件管理为主要抓手,制定具体的管理办法;结合教师评价机制、载体管理机制以及相关的学科管理制度等手段作用于教育教学的整个过程。其理论模式相对完整,但是具体内容缺乏精细和科学的统筹。本文以分析高中思想政治课教学管理理论传统沿革为基础,紧密结合时代发展的步伐,以教育管理学视角探究高中思想政治课涉及到的主体、客体、载体三个方面的优化措施。其中,管理的主体为学校教务管理部门和思想政治课教师;管理的客体为思想政治课程、教师、学生;而管理的载体为思想政治教育教学管理相关的管理制度。藉此探索高中思想政治课教学管理理论体系中存在的提升空间,在已有管理体系的基础上尝试构建更加适应于当前时代背景的高中思想政治课教学管理体系,最终通过创新,提出可行的思想政治课教学管理模式。通过研究,一方面使思想政治教育更为学科化和科学化,另一面优化思想政治课教学管理的长效机制,对提升学生思想教育与时代相适应,与社会主义核心价值观相契合具有重要意义,也为今后的思想政治教育工作提供一定的理论参考。文章从五个方面展开论述,第一部分重点阐述高中思想政治课教学管理的内涵与意义;第二部分重点阐述高中思想政治课教学管理的内容与原则;第三部分描述高中思想政治课教学管理的方法和手段;第四部分着重分析高中思想政治课教学管理成效的影响因素;第五部分在前述的基础上提出了加强高中思想政治课教学管理的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:The New Curriculum Standard points out that in the senior middle school stage, the ideological and political course is a basic subject that trains students to form correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values with the background of social development. The teaching management of the high school ideological and political course is the most basic guarantee for the long-term growth and healthy development of the quality of the subject's education and teaching. With the rapid development of information technology, the whole society has refreshed the ideology of the whole society, and has also changed the general environment of teachers' teaching and students' study at the present stage. The way of teaching and learning has undergone tremendous changes. At the same time, with the acceleration of the modernization process, the moral system, value system and legal system of the whole society are constantly updated and perfected, and the teaching contents are constantly updated under the impetus of people's social practice. The educational and teaching management system, as a guarantee mechanism, should be developed and perfected accordingly. At present, the teaching management of ideological and political course in senior high school mainly focuses on teaching objective management, teaching link management and teaching event management, and formulates concrete management methods, combining with teacher evaluation mechanism, Carrier management mechanism and related discipline management system affect the whole process of education and teaching. Its theoretical model is relatively complete, but the concrete content lacks the fine and scientific overall plan. Based on the analysis of the evolution of the theory of ideological and political teaching management in senior high school, this paper closely combines with the pace of the development of the times and explores the optimization measures of the subject, object and carrier of the ideological and political course in senior high school from the perspective of educational management. Among them, the main body of management is the school educational administration department and the ideological and political course teachers; the object of management is the ideological and political curriculum, teachers, students; and the carrier of management is the management system related to the teaching management of ideological and political education. In order to explore the high school ideological and political course teaching management theory system exist in the promotion space, on the basis of the existing management system to try to build a more suitable for the current era of high school ideological and political course teaching management system, and finally through innovation. The feasible teaching management mode of ideological and political course is put forward. Through research, on the one hand, make ideological and political education more disciplinary and scientific, on the other hand, optimize the long-term mechanism of ideological and political course teaching management, to promote students' ideological education to adapt to the times. It is of great significance to fit with the socialist core values and to provide a certain theoretical reference for the ideological and political education in the future. The first part focuses on the connotation and significance of the teaching management of high school ideological and political course, the second part focuses on the content and principle of the teaching management of high school ideological and political lesson. The third part describes the methods and means of high school ideological and political course teaching management, the fourth part focuses on the analysis of high school ideological and political course teaching management effect factors; The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the teaching management of ideological and political course in senior high school.
